I liked it for the convenience of being close to Euston Station. It felt abit claustrophobic as narrow corridors. |

The location, near two undreground stations and a within reasonable distance of a drop-off point for the Luton airport coach, is ideal. The breakfast buffet was excellent, both in terms of quality and quantity. We had planned to pay an extra for a full English breakfast but changed our mind after the first continental breakfast. Our room was in the front of the building, and quite noisy. Pity the blinds couldn't stop dailight from entering the room : we were woken up at 5 o'clock every morning. A shelf near the washing basin would also make the bathroom more convenient. |

Economical, cleanliness, staff generally helpful, continental breakfast is reasonable. Very convenient for tube and train travel to Euston. Have stayed before. Room facilities not as described. Also, service was poor on this occasion re fixing things in room (complaint made directly to hotel). One off experience so will return to this hotel. |

Staff were professional with a high level of customer care. Always courteous and polite. Breakfast was of a good to very good standard. Rooms were clean with effective servicing during the stay. Request for a chair was dealt with promptly and efficiently. |

I liked the fact that it was convenient to Euston mainlne station Room was very small and taken up almost entirely by the bed. For example, there would be no space to put a case, however as I was alone and only there briefly, this was not an issue. |

breakfast was good. I booked the rooms (2) in January for a June stay. The rooms were the smallest I have ever stayed in. No room to put away luggage (one back pack and a carry on suitcase for two people). The small space around the bed made it very difficult to walk around. We definitely didn't spend much time here. The tv had only four channels, pretty poor for a city the size of London. |

Central Location, handy for leaving bags at Euston on day of departure. Breakfast seemed understaffed and we had to go and ask for our cooked breakfast, which then had to be verified, rather than someone asking on our way into the breakfast room. Also had to ask for cutlery as the tray on the side had run out of knives. |

Location for Eurostar, facilities especially the Restaurant. We found the room a little on the small size. We would have preferred a room that was a little larger and easier to navigate. |

Convenient for Euston station and underground. Helpful reception staff. Problem door keys. Crowded breakfast. London prices-but you are cheaper than many! |

Great post stay service, left phone charger in the room phoned the hotel who returned it to me, recorded delivery, free of charge. A pair of curtains on the windows would be nice, room far too bright at 05:00 hrs, especially following the heavy night before (drowning sorrows following Everton's defeat in the fa Cup final). |
