Smart, modern, clean design. Light and airy feel to reception/ lounge/ bar area. Pleasant welcome from staff. I was happy with my room, which for a single person had been well designed to have everyting I needed in a small space. Clean sheets, comfy bed. The shower was a big surprise - so good for such a small hotel. First class breakfast - what a good deal to be offered so much choice included in the price of the room. I would stay there again and have recommended it to friends already. My room ( 202) was directly over the entrance ot Euston Square tube station and I thought that would make it very noisy, but, apart from some low level noise , expected in the centre of a big city, it was fine. I would not have liked to have stayed in the rooms opposite the lift as those doors are very close to the lift. I saw inside other rooms as they were being cleaned and they looked fine. This is after all a budget hotel and I think it offers an excellent stay for a very good price, right in central London. |

Excellent breakfast, helpful n cheery staff, fine bathroom, excellent location, but not so much better than £50 hotels as to be worth almost double. Laundry service welcome. Plus info on London. Single beds rather narrow, why not a double bed? No stand for suitcase. Well-renovated bathroom, fine looking, but room a bit cheerless for almost £100 n 3 stars. This is not a complaint, but an opinion since you asked. |

Its very close to Euston Square tube station. Twin bedded room was very small. If you opened up the room door to get your cases in the door touched the bed. |

Almost nothing. The breakfast was OK. I had a problem at the last minute while trying to check out. I had followed the exact protocol for early departure, but was told I was too late in letting them know the previous day. There were 2 ladies at the reception who hardly listened to what I had to say and insisted I'd made a mistake, when the fault was solely theirs. And coupled to this, they were both extremely rude. It took a couple of long phone calls, half an hour of my wasted time, and an extremely brief search on the internet to figure out they were wrong. |

I found the service and the room efficient. The continental breakfast offered a good choice Room rather cramped. Television difficult to watch because of the angle in relation to the bed (only seating) |

The location was excellent for visiting London. The room was very cramped and no seating was available in the room. Also the basin in the bathroom was tiny! |

The location is perfect for the purpose of my visit, otherwise there isnt an awful lot to like. Unable to adjust shower due to height of shower head, and nowhere to hang towels or put makeup etc. Not enough suacers in room to match number of cups. |

Excellent location for stations etc. Good for access to tube and very short distance to main shopping areas. Incredibly noisy in the early hours of the morning as the doors and corridor walls seem to be made of papier mache. |

Neat shower room, kettle/tea making, modern decor. Friendly greeting by staff and reassurance of 24 hour reception. Breakfast room looked nice, though not open at 0645 when I had to leave. Very small room. Noisy. Didn't feel very safe with the area - early in the morning, 5 drunks camped on front step meant I had to be let out the back entrance. |

My stay of 7 days was fine. It was very well located & the breakfast was also good. There was not enough space to hang clothes or coats & no towel racks. |

We chose this hotel because I have stayed there on many occasions when working in London. The staff have always been extremely helpful. Although it is sometime since I last stayed there and there are many new staff we did get a very warm welcome back from the duty manager The bedrooms are very small but are very clean and have all the usual facilities. |
