It was walking distance to The Dominion Theatre The Bed in my room was like lying on a stone slab, breakfast was like organised choas ,we had to have ours in the conference room as there was no tables in the dining room , and any tables that were not occupied there werent cleared , so we were told to sit in the conference room , not alot of choice for a continental breakfast only cheese or ham , warm milk for cereal , not a lot of chioce of cereal , for paying £129 for a double room 3 star I expected more , very dissapointed , when we arrived the receptionist was chewing gum , I have work in the hospitality trade for nearly 30yrs

Stuff are nice and friendly. The best of this hotel is location. There is so tiny room! Breakfast wasn't even continental, so I recommend do not order breakfast if it's possible.

Located near transportation options. Sheets, towels, glassware and windows very clean. Front desk had a quiet room for us. A maintenance item with the shower was tended to promptly. Dining area clean, food hot, staff responsive to vegetarian request! We pre-ordered the "full breakfast" option and it was better than many B & B 's. Layout of desk and large wardrobe cabinet with no location to put our small suitcases made navigating the room difficult. We travel light and this room was as small as we would want to go. Room carpet in need of cleaning.

Good location, near 3 subway stations. The sound isolation is zero, so you hear people talking in the next room, walking on the hall; doors slamming (because you can't quietly close them) shake your bed. You can forget about a long sleep. Upon arrival they informed us that the hotel has a policy to pay for the whole stay on check-in, even before seeing the room. The room turns out to be really small, there isn't even a chair nor mini bar. The Wifi connection was broken every other day.

Good location and nice staff. Very good breakfast Tiny room with mattress full of large, hard lumps. Blinds didn't keep much light out at night so room wasn't dark enough at night. Bathroom also tiny but looked nice.Turned out to be quite hopeless with a useless washbasin and a shower head that sprayed most of its water down the taps and wall and nowhere to put your stuff. Poor value for money.

The rooms are clean. Rooms are far too tiny, walls are too thin and you can hear others around, the hotel claims to be "minimalist", it is very minimalist indeed...

Good location for the purpose of my trip Could feel every bed spring. Very noisy so barely slept. Room was hot and air con turned off within few minutes and room quickly crept up to 25 celsius. Problems with payment for business trip and staff difficulty in understanding due to language barrier.

The staff were helpful. I liked the complimentary fruit and drinks and the shower was powerful. The bed was extremely uncomfortable (I could feel the springs); I could hear the man in the next room snoring (which woke me up); the blinds did not keep out the sun (which again ensured I had very little sleep); the internet did not work wirelessly.

It's a handilly placed hotel for short visits to London. Rooms are on the small side, showers are even smaller and I doubt some people would manage with them.

1 minute walk to my conference and three minute walk to Euston station and the Euro Star is about a 7 minute walk. Very convenient to everything!! Everything was fine. Rooms are small in London so no real surprises there.

Secure luggage area Staff made no effort to assist with early check in after long flight. As room was "already allocated" they would not move to another room. No fridge in room. Desk but no chair in room. WiFi didn't work. Lift floor shabby. Frequent failure of electronic door lock. Ordered and pre-paid full English breakfast but no sign of any hot food in dining room.

It was clean and the location is fantastic. For the money we paid it was quite good value. The windows weren't very good, although it was shut you could hear all the road noise as if it was open and feel cold air coming in.

Location. I expected a dump as some of the previous reviews stated. What we got was a nice, clean room. The atomphere was good and quiet. my husband and |I enjoyed our stay. We stayed 4 nights. Location - to die for. . 1. Th check in receptionish failed her duty to inform us that we should take the elevator to our room. We stuggled two flights of staris with our luggage - as seniors -and then we saw there was an elevator. People need to be complete in giving instructions. 2. The steps leading into the hotel needs to have yellow lines at the edge; they are black in color; in the nights it is a terrible hazard and needs to be rectified immediately. We almost fell because we could not differentiate the difference.

Location and cleanliness of hotel. Breakfast (continental) was exceptional. Room was a little on the small size, shower wasn't particularly powerful. Both these were minor issues and didnt overly bother us.

Room 106 was quiet, well fitted and clean. It was much better than I was expecting from reviews on web. Slept well! Continental breakfast was good value. Cost was reasonable for ideal location. Single bed was very narrow. Cancellation policy left little space for change of plans.

I have stayed at The Euston Hotel previously and I have always thought the staff are polite and extremely helpful. The hotel is ideally located for a city break but, it is looking a bit tired in its decor. There is little in terms of comfort, and the chaotic scenes at breakfast have not been improved, I suspect because there are insufficient members of staff in the restaurant at peak times. Oddly enough the chaos adds to the experience. The evening meals are always superb if people would only choose to dine here. There are very few who do and they are missing out on meals which are better than they will experience in Theatre Land. Thanks Jim Smith. Little comfort. Unable to open blinds. Unable to fully open windows in case of emergency should fire exit routes be cut off.

We liked the position/location for proximity to the city.It was warm and the breakfasts were absolutely excellent. Staff were efficient, polite and helpful. We found the room extremely small for two people and the bed too. Being used to a king sized bed at home and being big people, it spoiled our enjoyment a little. The decor was dreary and tired and headboard peeling. However, the shower room, although exceptionally tight for space, was modern and immaculately clean.

Great location and easy to find. Having food available later at night would have been good. Only because we arrived on the Eurostar just after 10pm.
