Hard to find, rooms are tiny, hard beds. Breakfast, although included, wasn't of a high standard. Definitely overpriced.
Location, price, cleanliness of room, size of room is great if you're using the hotel as a base for exploring, breakfast was decent.
The plumbing was very noisy.
all staff were very nice and friendly, specially a guy who was working in the reception ,i dont know him name ,but when i felt thirsty at mid night and got me a glass of water ,thank u buddy .
Helpful staff. Satisfying breakfast. Wifi connection good. Room well furnished with essential toiletries.
On my first stay I was in room near the road which meant disturbed sleep. Second stay was "inside" so no problem.
Close to Euston Train Station and Tube
For 2 people the room was very small and not very well laid out. This looked to be an old college dorm room for one person, good for traveling light (small bags/backpacks only). Otherwise adequate for our purposes (1 night only taking the Tube to the airport the next morning).
Everything is on the door step underground, train station & shops
Room a little small next time I would ask if they were any larger rooms will go again
The receptionist was friendly and efficient. Access to a safe in your room which was easy to use. Shower was surprisingly good and a good supply of shampoo, soap and towels. No significant road noise Wi-fi (free) was nice and seemed to work fine. There appeared to be 4G signs as well from somewhere nearby. Great positioning for easy access to mainline rail and underground (especially Euston Square and Warren Street)
My room (a double) was tiny. I know this is not a massively expensive place and you have to make allowances, but this was a bit unreasonable. Constant noise from squeaky floorboards in hallways and rooms around destroyed any chance of a restful sleep. Breakfast options very limited. Much of the decor was looking a bit tired and definitely in need of some attention. The place felt a bit rundown and shabby as a result. The atmosphere could be described as a bit depressing!
Large bathroom, easy access to tube, location, clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Overall excellent value for the price.
We arrived late from liverpool and it was good not having fr to go from the station
Room was a reasonable size ,clean, and had all we needed for our stay.friendly helpfull staff. Was easy to get to where we wanted using the underground.
The bed was a bit uncomfortable whichment we had broken sleep.
The hotel was in a great location. The room furnishings were nice and new.
The room was tiny. It was hard to move around with 2 people in the space. The walls were very thin. We could hear our neighbors talking and going in and out of their room. Each day we were there our room keys wouldn't work and we would have to have them rekeyed.
The room was a good size for one person.
The shower was not very powerful. The lamp was not positioned close to the bed. The breakfast could be improved. although the air-con was working, I could not heat the room
The staff are not welcoming. The noise from traffic is in bearable
Small Wash Basin
It was clean and wifi was good
The staff were very helpful and polite, perfect really. The location is ideal for Euston station. Ok just to sleep at, but could not spend much time in the room, much too small.
Twin room was VERY small. The bed was too firm for me. Pillows like wafers. Air con too noisy to use at night, and street noise too much to leave the window open. Continental breakfast rather uninteresting. Value for money ok but would not stay again.
Excellent location, near main tube lines. Clean and comfortable, good Wifi. Good value for the money (wrt London standards)
A bit noisy if you sleep with open windows (otherwise ok).
Recent refit Reasonable continental breakfast range Good Wifi Well fitted room
Dirt in sink waste hole Mould behind shampoo holder in shower Toilet seat ill-fitting
The hotel is ideally situated to Euston train station and underground station. This means you can get to all places easily.
Great location to euston national rail/eustin square/warren undergrounds. Walking distance to madamme tassude, covent gardens/ british war museum. Room was small when u have two big suitcases but for the price I overlooked that. Breakfast was good. Wifi adequate.
Right near a hospital so ambulance sirens were normal. ..However with the window shut wasn't to bad. Bathroom small but who cares. Air conditioning was good but set on a one hour timer which you couldn't change.
It's really value for money and easy for transportation, good!
The location is perfect for site seeing and getting around the centre of london, the tube is right next to the hotel and it only takes two or three stops to reach the centre of london
Bed was pretty hard and uncomftable, air con vibrates every 10 mins so you can't sleep with it on and the walls arnt really walls.. Very thin plasterboard. Also the breakfast isn't much, you have the option of either cereal, toast, ham or fruit, personally I was expecting a full English buffet when I saw "breakfast included" One last point, the so called security doors leading to the corridor where the rooms are located don't lock, so pretty much anyone could walk in.
it was clan and nicely decorated
small room view noise
hotel east to get to close to tube station very central to all attractions
very poor bar facilities door card needed to be dixed a couple of times
