tamanho do quarto - péssimo, o chão do quarto fazia muito barulho a andar, tinha aspecto de tem 200 anos e nunca foi reparado. o tamanho da tv - muit pequeno.

Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Staff were all very helpful. Breakfast was very tasty. Rooms were also extremely clean with lovely en-suite shower rooms. TV with extras was good. Air conditioning was brilliant!!! Beds were very comfy and the tea making facilities were welcome. Rooms were quite small (but have stayed in smaller), but you don't go to London to spend time in your room!

The rooms were clean and spacious with good facilities and a decent breakfast in the morning. The bathroom was small but efficient. The hotel is nicely situated right next to the Euston Square underground station which is helpful for getting around London.

The corridors are a little narrow and there were irritating steps here and there which made it frustrating with a heavy suitcase, however there was a decent lift available to get from floor to floor.

the room was clean . the staff were polite and professional . the hotel is situated close to an underground station and of course euston station . i have no complaints at all. this hotel will be my first choice when i return to london.

The location, near two undreground stations and a within reasonable distance of a drop-off point for the Luton airport coach, is ideal. The breakfast buffet was excellent, both in terms of quality and quantity. We had planned to pay an extra for a full English breakfast but changed our mind after the first continental breakfast.

Our room was in the front of the building, and quite noisy. Pity the blinds couldn't stop dailight from entering the room : we were woken up at 5 o'clock every morning. A shelf near the washing basin would also make the bathroom more convenient.

Staff were professional with a high level of customer care. Always courteous and polite. Breakfast was of a good to very good standard. Rooms were clean with effective servicing during the stay. Request for a chair was dealt with promptly and efficiently.

No, it used to be pretty cheap and cheerful, but it has been upgraded well
