It was convenient for the office. The room was noisy which caused disturbed sleep, thsi was mainly due to the main road and poor sound insulation through the old windows. After cleaning it smelt heavily of bleach and in the morning there was a musty damp smell. The freeview television only received 4 terrestrial channels. You actually make people pay to use the safe !?! |

Excellent, polite staff, very clean room, and super breakfast offered for a very reasonable price. As we had our five-year with us, and were staying for 9 nights, the room was not adequate to meet our needs, as it was too small and there wasn't one single drawer available for storage; just small shelves. We ended up staying there only 2 nights. Nonetheless, the staff were very understanding about it. Would recommend only for a short stay. |

The bar staff were most helpful and went looking for the particular drink I wished to have. The restaurant staff provided me with a newspaper when I had only asked where I might obtain one. Altho' on a busy road rooms were remarkably quiet. |

the hotel was ideally located for my trip to the dominion theatre and situated close to the station the secondry glazing didn't help block out the outside noise and is situated opposite a public house that played loud music until 2 am |

Good connections everywhere. Easy access. Coffee machine was not working for breakfast and took them 2 days to put the sign "out of order". After some discussions we got coffees from a nearby place, which should have done without having to argue. |

convenient to Eurostar terminal, reasonable room size, very comfortable bed, ok linen etc and very good bath/shower, good TV, friendly staff in reception room lighting dim and inadequate for any activities apart from sleeping or watching TV; impossible to arrange wake up call without consulting reception to work it out; value not great considering everything |

Breakfast was excellent and room was spacious and well equipped. The room smelled damp and was not very clean. Also consider free wifi access as this would be a major incentive for me to use this hotel again. |

Ease of access to central Londaon for sightseeing etc. Convenience of restaurants in the local area so we were not limited to always using the hotel restaurant We endured a long queu for breakfast on two occasions, the dining room was just not big enough for such a largwe hotel |

Although large, it felt more like a family-run hotel. The staff were friendly, smiling and helpful. The room was comfortable - perhaps slightly warm. The food was good. Good value all round. |
