The friendliness and support of the people at the reception, also the workers at the breakfast buffet were extremely nice and hospitable, especially Anup and Dalila. I enjoyed staying in the quite side of the hotel, and had a good sleep through out my stay there which was very important to me. There were no closet in my room 524, just hangers, which was not practical as I stayed there for 8 nights.

1. The staff was quite pleasant and my family member and I were able to check in early at no extra cost. 2. The sleeping courters were spacious and the bathroom was also quite large. 3. It was very quiet, but that could be because we were on the 5th floor. 4. There were sufficient plugs to plug in and use what we needed. Price-wise I imagine it was a good price, but then again I do not stay in hotels often so I cannot truly judge. All in all, it was peaceful stay. 1. We did not like the toilet paper or the dispenser. The paper was quite thin and the toilet itsle was a bit hard to flush and I definitely see that it could potentially get blocked easily. (I guess that's why the paper is so thin). 2. The water was not always warm and it was a bit complicated to use. 3. We would have greatly appreciated a small refrigerator in the room. 4. I hated having to re-enter the password every few minutes for Internet access.

Clean rooms, spacious. Great location. Automated check-in system was a bit of a mess and friendly, helpful staff had to take over the process entirely. The process was time- consuming, and delayed a planned meeting.

The Location was excellent for our needs to have easy access to the underground and to St. Pancras International for our departure from England. The hotel was clean, the bed very comfortable, the room was very quiet (inside room). We had breakfast only one morning (light breakfast). It was Excellent! Love the fruit, cereal and yogurt choices! We checked in on a Bank Holiday. While there were several terminals for the electronic check-in, there was only one person/location available to accommodate the "non-electronic" check-in. Thus a wait. (I did note upon our check out on Thursday morning that two "live" staff were checking people out - a better idea than what we found for check in.) As a pretty savvy internet/PC user, I found the on-line registration for internet use to be very unclear. (e.g. I didn't know that my hotel receipt with internet password attached was a "voucher"). Consider you are a visitor to England/Premier inn and then attempt to register.) On our first morning, we asked for extra towels and an extra drinking glass in our room - they never came. One evening we asked the desk attendant for some restaurant suggestions (other than the one we'd used the evening before) - he said he knew of only one Indian restaurant nearby. When asked about a pub alternative to the Irish Pub (we'd enjoyed already, he said he knew of none.) We went to the street and found The Euston Flyer and the King Georges (near Euston station)................... Staff needs to be better informed, or perhaps the hotel could simply provide a sheet (with a Google map????) to guests identifying restaurants in the local area.

We stayed a week. The location was great, just 50m. From Euston station and 200m. from St. Pancreas-King's Cross station. The room was big and comfortable for us and our 13 years old daughter. Our room turned to Euston road wich was noisy, we were at 4th floor and it was a good decision, better ask for a room turning to dukes road wich is quiet. No mini bar in the room.

The Premier Inn, London Euston is fabulous. I could not find one single fault with the hotel. Location is perfect from Euston station but there are many more plusses. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and professional and helpful, the food and drinks are lovely and very reasonable and the rooms are spotless. We all slept really well and thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts each day, children also eat free. When we needed help or information the staff were there on hand and were very approachable. The young man Alup is marvellous, so friendly and polite, and also Frank who would ask us how our stay was going and always had a smile. A fantastic hotel and one I will definitely return to as soon as I can.

Central location, excellant for the place i needed to be. All though there was a queue for breakfast (it was peak) the service was good and quality of breakfast was excellant. For some reason I was placed in an easy access room (disabled), the use of the sink, shower, TV was limited as they are designed for someone that was has a disability.

It was in a good location, and was reasonably priced for a hotel in London Rooms were pretty small, and there was no dresser to put your things in or a closet to stow your suitcase in, so you were tripping over them constantly

The resturant and staff Think it would be a good idea to have a small fridge in the family rooms as children often need drinks or have to take medication and babies bottles of milk could be stored .
