the staff were really friendly but not intrusive. The temperature of the room was really easy to control. It wouldve been nice to be able to pull the net curtains to one side and look at the view but they were sandwiched between the double glazing. |

The beds were outstanding - very convenient close to Euston station - although hotel is on a corner, it is very quite. Restaurant with sufficient international menu very convenient. Good and complete Breakfast. Breakfast corner open evenings as bar facility. As corporate colours of the chain is purple, combined with the energy saving lighthing (and LED) atmosphere in rooms is quite coldish! In addition, they could encourage long staying guests to use towels longer (they were changed every day! A box of tissues in the bathroom would not be a luxerious addition! |

The comfort, cleanliness and modern shower were outstanding. The receptionists on the front desk were extremely friendly and welcoming and efficient. I did not get an itemized bill when I left. One day the room was not cleaned. |

The rooms were very nice, and the beds were comfortable. I am an American. I brought an adaptor for my curling iron. The adaptor worked in the hotel I stayed in in Birmingham, but it did not fit the outlets in my room. Therefore, I could not use my curling iron for my hair. |

Quite close to tube station and bus stop, convenient to travel around London. Unpleasant smell inside the room due to poor ventilation. Breakfast is bad with limited selection of food. |

I would definitely reccomend this hotel. Location is great, close to an important mainline railway and underground station. Rooms are perfectly clean and comfortable, staff was very friendly. The hotel is located along a very busy road, but insulation from street noise is just perfect. I think this hotel is good value for money for a business trip or for a comfortable visit to London. There is no such thing as a perfect place, and there is no exception here. The position of the toilet dispenser in the bathroom I used made using the toilet rather uncomfortable. Also, the position of the taps in the shower, and their use, was not very comfortable. That would be a problem for older people. |

The location of the hotel, the rooms, the desing , its comfort, the breakfast was perfect and the facilities. The fact that we had to pay for the internet whereas other hotels offer it for free. |

The room was not too small for 2 persons, and it was clean and very quiet. We had to pay in advance our 3 nights stay and the credit card machine did not work with both mine and my boyfriend's credit cards and we had to go out to find an ATM machine before we could get the key to our room. We noticed that other guests had the same problem with the credit card machine. |
