Good price/quality ratio, very good position just outside Euston station, double rooms with very essential furniture but clean and of relatively large size compared to the microscopic size of the average 3-star Hotel in London (I use to go to London once per year and I experienced several different Hotels). Breakfast (at 9 pounds per person) is of pretty decent quality, if compared to the typical mediocrity of breakfast in London Hotels. The overall outlook of the building is quite depressing, with it's big, grey rectangular shape resembling and old department store, and the Hall is minimal, with curious automatic machine for self check-in...however, beside these aesthetic shortcoming, I found the place functional to a very convenient and substantially pleasant and confortable staying in central London.

Close to Euston station where busses and the subway easily will get you around London. Also close to Kings Cross. Cafés, restaurants and shops also in the neighbourhood. The staff was very nice and the hotel provided great service! Our room was quiet, clean and overall very nice.

On the whole the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I feel that it should be possible to book a specific room prior to arrival. We had to wait 2 hours for a room suitable to our needs becoming available when we arrived at just after noon: this is not acceptable. It meant we had to hang around Euston instead of being able to get on and enjoy what we had planned. Insufficient towels in room, expelair not working properly, soap dispenser not working, poor room lighting. Should be more complimentary tea and coffee. We have stayed at other Premier Inns and feel this one is not quite up to standard.

The staff were so helpful and introduced themselves by name. It appeared that nothing was too much trouble. On the last morning it appeared that the toilet was leaking slightly on flushing. We informed reception who advised that maintenance would deal with it. Room 537.

Conveniently located near train station ie. King's Cross station. Amenities, shops and other tube ie. Euston station nearby. Breakfast served at the hotel was very healthy and delicious especially the bacon, scrambled eggs, cereals and choices of coffee. Beds and bathroom were very clean. Lifts to my room and it's not crowded on festive periods. Staff were polite and honest in honouring my hotel booking pricing which I have booked months in advance. Checking out was easy and fuss-free too.

Good location, hotel is not in the centre of London but it's located rather close to 3-4 underground stations, bus stops and St.Pancras International for going to the centre of London and everywhere. It's also possible to go by foot to British Museum, Covent Garden etc. Helpful staff at reception and restaurant. Good room with clean bedclothes and rather good bathroom. It's possible to have in-room safe for a little additional payment, but it's really very convenient. Really very good breakfast (unlimited buffet) for money (8.50 UK Pounds). Very nice place for breakfast with good interior. Vatious choice of tasty food and drinks: from hot dishes - fried or scrambled eggs with bacon, mushrooms and tomato; yoghurts, cereals with milk... juices, muffins, croissants, bread for toasts with jam, butter, honey...choice of teas and good coffee Bad lightning in the room, bad ventilation in bathrooms and as result room is a little wet and cool

Good location, near tube station Euston with multiple tube connections. Early check-in at 9am was no problem for them. Good bed. Only 1 set of towels was provided, after notifying the staff a second set was added, but after the room was cleaned we were back to 1 set again. Room was ok, but not great looking. Despite hanging up a 'do not disturb' sign we were disturbed multiple times by cleaning crew in the morning.

It was in a very good location, 2 minutes walk from Euston tube station that is very well connected to all the main sightseeing in London. Right at the corner of the hotel there is a Costa cafè, so good quick breakfast right before starting the day (they also have full English breakfast available if you want). They have self-check-in. Very easy and quick to use, so avoids waiting in line to get the room. We did not like our room, and they changed it for us with no problem. The room was quite small and basic if you consider the price. At the same time, London is very expensive and we were there for New Year's Eve so it is expected.

This is the second time we have visited the Premier Inn at Euston and have found the staff extremely helpful and friendly which is, in our experience, unusual for a city hotel. The beds are comfortable and the room temperature is perfect. Considering its location, this is also a very quiet hotel. We would both use this hotel again and recommend it to others. We found the shaver point in the Bathroom hard to find. (I feel a little embarrassed even mentioning it!)

Easy quick check in Staff refunded breakfast after our complaint with no fuss Great location Check in staff delightful Costa great when Premier Inn can't provide the breakfast pre paid for! Had to cancel breakfast we had prepaid for as the queue was horrendous and there was nowhere to sit!!!!! No third towel left in room for the second night, too late when we realised and couldnt phone down to reception as the phone line was dead no ring tone so uinable to use! The chambermaid who cleaned the room prior to our arrival had very bad body odour which I noticed when we walked past her on the corridor hence our room had the same bad odour when we first arrived. Had to open the windows for fresh air.

Relative large room (compared to London standard) and modern equipment, including for instance in-room coffee making facilities. Conveniently located between Euston station and Kings Cross. One of the staff members was even German speaking. Breakfast option (8.95 gbp flat for all-you-can- eat) directly in the hotel. Checkin at machines (although service staff helped to solve a divergent price issue between stored reservation and printout from booking.com - it is always good to have a paper printout of the reservation). Full payment at checkin.

Location For the price it charges it does not offer sufficient facilities. 1. No appropriate toiletries 2. No bottle of water 3. No Iron / Iron board - bad for people on a business trip I found it tobe a expensive budget hotel with no frills.

Very clean rooms. Nice lcd tv that didn't jut out from the wall. Bed was in good condition, but so hard my back hurt every night/day that week. Heating system was nice, but kept resetting to so low that we were freezing. The nice lady that checked us in did everything for me, but my invoice showed uk citizen, so I tried to have the person at reception fix it and he would not. He told me he could re-print it, but that's worthless until he can fix it first. Not sure if it was a system failing, or just his laziness.

The staff was very helpful.the rooms were new and very comfortable. As for the breakfast it was just perfect. I think the price could be a little bit lower. The only think I didn't like was the smell of the towels .Eventhough they were new and clean the smell wasn't really nice.

Checkin was quick and easy. Location is great for travelling anywhere around the city, St Pancras , Kings Cross and Euston are all within a 5 min walk. Bus service right outside the door and price is good if you can book a little in advance. Would prefer facility to include charge for wi-fi on hotel bill. Extractor fan in bathroom noisy and ineffective. A better light in main part of room would be better than the locational lighting provided.

“The staff were fantastic. We arrived at the hotel around 10am after travelling from Australia for 27 hours and they immediately arranged a room for us, so that we could check in early. Breakfast downstairs was fabulous and large variety buffet. Rooms were perfect with all facilities meeting our needs. Right around the corner form Earls Court train station and a great variety of eateries. Thanks Premier Inn for a wonderful stay.” Karla, Rowville |
