Premier Inn London Euston

Huone oli suhteellisen tilava ja erittäin siisti verrattuna aiempiin hotelleihin, joissa olemme yöpyneet. Kylpyhuone oli myös tilava ja siellä oli suuri kylpyamme, josta pidin suunnattomasti (ja niin piti myös 11v poikamme). Aamiainen ei olisi voinut olla parempi, se oli erittäin runsas ja valikoima oli laaja. Henkilökunta oli hyvin kohtelias, avulias ja auttoi monessa esim. kaupungissa liikkumiseen liittyvässä kysymyksessä.

Vaikka huoneessa oli ilmastointi, yön jälkeen huone oli aina hieman kostea ja ikkunat huurussa (ikkunoita ei myöskään saanut auki). Tämä ongelma hävisi kuitenkin päiväsaikaan, kun huoneessa ei ollut ollut kukaan.

Its very near of 2 major tube stations, it s clean and definitely good value for money in an expensice city like london. And definitely better compared to other budget hotels in that area (Euston - Kings Cross)

We had to cancel first night cause our flight was cancelled due to the weather. called the hotel reception to inform them but when arrived they had cancelled the whole booking. and they tried to drop responsibility to Booking.com for that (which is definitely not the case). At the end though everything was sorted out

It was convenient for the office.

The room was noisy which caused disturbed sleep, thsi was mainly due to the main road and poor sound insulation through the old windows. After cleaning it smelt heavily of bleach and in the morning there was a musty damp smell. The freeview television only received 4 terrestrial channels. You actually make people pay to use the safe !?!

I arrived at nearly 2130 and there was no problem with the reservation. Room was away from street and very quiet.

Having to pay for WiFi.

Great hotel for families with young children, excellent location for quick access for city centre. All you can eat breakfast with great selection. Lovely bar/restaurant food.

Found room was too warm and had to keep cooling it down (at least that was an option without prying at windows)

Really close to where the Wallace Space, where I had a conference

Comfort and room not quite good, no minibar, no roomservice, no power adaptors for foreign plugs - poor service

1) The staff at reception were extremely friendly and very helpful, especially Carl, whose badge said trainee but he was excellent. 2) Cleanliness and everything in the room worked!!!!!!!

Nice bed and spacious room for 1 family.

The facilities could be better

the hotel was ideally located for my trip to the dominion theatre and situated close to the station

the secondry glazing didn't help block out the outside noise and is situated opposite a public house that played loud music until 2 am

cleanliness, helpful staff, good breakfast.

Staff were excellent. Very helpful. Excellent room. Would stay again.

Great location and well priced. There was an issue with the room that was allocated (Mouldy odour) and the staff changed the room immediately.
