Comfortable bed; spacious room; excellent location
Staff very helpful and friendly. Room very clean and tidy. Convenient location.
Bath tube sever was stuck, this was not fixed after reporting to reception. There is a fire station in opposite of hotel. This caused some extra noise. Room was not well ventilated, and was pretty humid.
Location comfort cleanliness
Very quiet and confortable
Great to come back to a friendly welcome after a hard day out seeing london. Happy hour was a pleasant surprise!
Not a single bad experience. Room was perhaps a little too warm . My fault that I didn't ask for heating to be regulated
Comfortable hotel in a convenient location, onsite parking is a real bonus
having to pay congestion charge to get into car park. Paid wifi failed several times. Have to pay to use safe.
Very helpful staff. Clean and modern facilities Free wifi Coffee Making Room temperature controls Quiet room despite being on the main Euston Road.
Bath/shower could do with some grab rails. Restaurant rather too small for the number of guests. Breakfast queues. Only minicabs can be booked but staff hailed us a taxi (hackney carriage) from the main road.
Close to station, ease of check in. Fairly decent restaurant, good choice, not too expensive
We were in Room 2 on the ground. Floor. Always stayed on a higher floor and much prefer that. Room 2 was very dark and a bit cell like! Great bed, good nights sleep and that was exactly what we wanted.
Everything about the stay was perfect. The staff, the rooms, the food. Have already booked my next stay there.
I remember the first time I was in London I stayed in a different hotel in the same area. The price was similar but the Premier Inn offered way more for. It is spotless and very quiet ( they have double glazing). The restaurant is super. For a budget hotel it offered more than I expected. The triple room was big enough. It is very well located, somewhere between Euston Railway and Kings Cross. The city centre is 3 stops away by subway. You can also walk if you feel sporty, in which case you can get there in about 35 min. I am very happy with my choice and I would stay there again.
The extra beds in the triple room were not very comfortable. My boy was complaining about that.
The staff was just great - eager to help and supportive. The rooms are cozy and warm (at winter). The breakfast is tasty and diverse. Special thanks to young lady that was a shift manager on 30-Dec-2014, that helped me to settle an issue with payments. Roberta, Richard and others - thank you too for your help and keeping us in good mood!
The room a little bit crowded with an extra bed, sitting at the desk becomes not-that-comfort.
Comfortable bed, excellent location near transport links.
Premier Inn is not cheap, especially not at this prime location, close to Tube and rail. But precisely because of its location, and constant quality it is a place to come back too. Basic internet now is free, if not always fast.
In Summer a small fridge would be nice, but that is not standard issue at Premier Inn.
Beds, proximity to station, quad room
Low water pressure in shower, busy breakfast area, road noise at night
Staff were all extremely friendly - was greeted by everyone I saw. Bed was AMAZING. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Location was a couple of minutes walk from London Euston, and therefore handy for all other transport. I arrived at half past midnight (due to train delays) and was very grateful to find this quickly and easily on my arrival in London. I didn't have breakfast this time but know that Premier Inn will pretty much give you whatever you want for breakfast. This is great as I always like my eggs boiled or poached (unheard of for breakfast in many hotels) and I also like to have porridge.
Can't think of anything!
Staff helpful and informative
Location, staff, bed, towels, kettle, free wifi and tv are all good.
You have to get hairdryer from reception and it is barely usable. Safe isn't working and there is a message in the room about that.
Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Good location. Reasonable charges. Free and excellent wifi.
No proper wardrobe (racks provided not adequate for family use).
We had a 2 day stay over the New Year and I can't fault anything. Great price, great location, great breakfast!
location of hotel, efficiency of check-in, comfort of room, great value and excellent location a very short walk from the Eurostar and Underground
the only thing that happened not to be working was the room safe, but the front desk staff was very swift to offer to keep our valuables in the office safe (which was not necessary).
Friendly staff. Breakfast very good.
Bathroom don't have normal continental standards. The bed for the child was near the window where was a little "windy".
The price The Food Staff friendliness
Not so much a dislike but own personal issue with comfort of the pillows at night
Everything was 1st class, the staff were all very polite and helpful, the location was excellant for us, food was nice, will definitely use again when visiting central London..
1 slight issue with the temperature of the room, couldn't get it warm enough for my wife. However reception provided a portable heater which seemed to do the trick.
Helpful staff who were concerned about our comfort. Close to Euston Not too far from the West End
Room not as noiseless as on previous occasions. Noise from within not from the road. Extractor fan in bathroom which made a noise but did not clear the steam from a shower. Poor radio reception (TV no problem).
