Around a 5-minute walk from the Eurostar terminal and King’s Cross Train Station, Premier Inn St Pancras offers well-located accommodations with a restaurant and bar.
Score from 517 reviews Wonderful
With family-friendly rooms and a 24-hour business support service, the Premier Inn Kensington hotel is in the heart of London, a short walk from Earl's Court Tube Station.

This 4-star hotel overlooks a small garden square and is located just behind London Euston Station, which gives access to the rest of London.

I remember the first time I was in London I stayed in a different hotel in the same area. The price was similar but the Premier Inn offered way more for. It is spotless and very quiet ( they have double glazing). The restaurant is super. For a budget hotel it offered more than I expected. The triple room was big enough. It is very well located, somewhere between Euston Railway and Kings Cross. The city centre is 3 stops away by subway. You can also walk if you feel sporty, in which case you can get there in about 35 min. I am very happy with my choice and I would stay there again.
The extra beds in the triple room were not very comfortable. My boy was complaining about that.
The staff was just great - eager to help and supportive. The rooms are cozy and warm (at winter). The breakfast is tasty and diverse. Special thanks to young lady that was a shift manager on 30-Dec-2014, that helped me to settle an issue with payments. Roberta, Richard and others - thank you too for your help and keeping us in good mood!
The room a little bit crowded with an extra bed, sitting at the desk becomes not-that-comfort.
Comfortable bed, excellent location near transport links.
Premier Inn is not cheap, especially not at this prime location, close to Tube and rail. But precisely because of its location, and constant quality it is a place to come back too. Basic internet now is free, if not always fast.
In Summer a small fridge would be nice, but that is not standard issue at Premier Inn.
Beds, proximity to station, quad room
Low water pressure in shower, busy breakfast area, road noise at night
Staff were all extremely friendly - was greeted by everyone I saw. Bed was AMAZING. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Location was a couple of minutes walk from London Euston, and therefore handy for all other transport. I arrived at half past midnight (due to train delays) and was very grateful to find this quickly and easily on my arrival in London. I didn't have breakfast this time but know that Premier Inn will pretty much give you whatever you want for breakfast. This is great as I always like my eggs boiled or poached (unheard of for breakfast in many hotels) and I also like to have porridge.
Can't think of anything!
Staff helpful and informative
Location, staff, bed, towels, kettle, free wifi and tv are all good.
You have to get hairdryer from reception and it is barely usable. Safe isn't working and there is a message in the room about that.
Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Good location. Reasonable charges. Free and excellent wifi.
No proper wardrobe (racks provided not adequate for family use).
We had a 2 day stay over the New Year and I can't fault anything. Great price, great location, great breakfast!
location of hotel, efficiency of check-in, comfort of room, great value and excellent location a very short walk from the Eurostar and Underground
the only thing that happened not to be working was the room safe, but the front desk staff was very swift to offer to keep our valuables in the office safe (which was not necessary).
Friendly staff. Breakfast very good.
Bathroom don't have normal continental standards. The bed for the child was near the window where was a little "windy".
The price The Food Staff friendliness
Not so much a dislike but own personal issue with comfort of the pillows at night
Everything was 1st class, the staff were all very polite and helpful, the location was excellant for us, food was nice, will definitely use again when visiting central London..
1 slight issue with the temperature of the room, couldn't get it warm enough for my wife. However reception provided a portable heater which seemed to do the trick.
Helpful staff who were concerned about our comfort. Close to Euston Not too far from the West End
Room not as noiseless as on previous occasions. Noise from within not from the road. Extractor fan in bathroom which made a noise but did not clear the steam from a shower. Poor radio reception (TV no problem).
Will certainly stay at this hotel again
Long queues for breakfast
This is a perfectly serviceable hotel - it's quite pricey but you are in (fairly) Central London with excellent transport links. We were here just for one night prior to a trip to York.
Poor service in the bar - only one person on whilst the hotel has a "two for one" hour is not terribly sensible !! The hotel in general was very warm - perhaps verging on too warm (well for me anyway)
Couldn't have asked for more, staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us. Full marks.
Very comfortable, stay and staff were lovely. Room and beds were extremely comfortable ! The restaurant serves good food as well as the costa coffee at the front!
The wi-Fi connexion !
Fast and easy check-in Friendly staff Very large room
My experience was all positive
Staff were very helpfull and friendly
The staff were all so welcoming and friendly. The location was ideal being so near Euston station. Our train didn't leave till afternoon and it was no problem leaving our bags on a secure room.
Bed comfort Big TV screen Location very close to St Pancras (underground hub to everywhere)
I paid for the wifi and the internet speed was awful, and I kept losing the connection. No mini-bar The "toasters" that are supposed to warm up the room are highly inefficient and I had cold feet during the day
Location is great as it is within walking distance from 3 underground stations and 3 railway stations. Breakfast was delicious and best of all - free for my 14-year old! Checking in and out was fuss-free and fast. The shower rail curved outwards from the bath tub and that created more space in the shower - great idea!
The mixer tap in the bathroom was not working smoothly but it did not malfunction in any way. I didn't need the wifi from the hotel but having to pay for wifi would be a bummer.
Comfert of the rooms very nice staff
