Fast wifi, great location, decent beds.
Too much noise as it's on a Main Street, no shower holder and low pressure output from shower. A bit outdated.
Unable to enter front door. Had to disturb another guest to enter. No Hot Water. No Remedy or Compensation Offered.
great location for people wanting to connect to the eurostar at St.Pancras
a tall fan in the bedrooms would have been appreciated, as it was too hot for a comfortable night's sleep. front door could really do with acoat of paint.
Location, price and space
The location and the space
It felt unsafe. There were drunks/tramps sitting on the doorstep. Communicating with the owners was difficult. It was a very unattractive basement with a couple of rooms. Spacious enough and reasonably clean, but more like a rough hostel than anything else.
Thus place is great value for money. Just make sure you read the instructional email sent to you by the hostel before check in. There's no actual lobby or reception to show you everything. But that said, if you want some reasonably private, cheap and central accommodation, this place is a bargain!
Terrible service. The facility is much worse than they description online, especially about shower system. Generally, I'm not recommend this hotel to other customer.
Location. Easily accessible to Euston and Kings Cross
Door to backyard not working. Lack of windows resulting in hot and stuffy room. Slept with door open
A good location, easy to get to. Feeling of security once inside because of the touch pads.
No security light outside to see the touch pad at night. Bathroom and bedroom were running alive with COCKROACHES! Stairs and landings were rickety and uneven and did not feel safe. There was no-one to speak to despite several telephone calls to the number given.
The fact that we weren't on the street.
Where do I begin? There is NO staff. There is NO space - maybe 1 1/2 feet between the bed and the wall in the largest space. No TV at all. The pillows were a bag filled with fiberfill - all lumpy. Super noisy in a busy street. We could hear the train station from our room. There isn' t even a sign saying the name of the place - just the address on the door. Worst night's sleep ever. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
It was at a good location. Had a kitchen with washing machine and decent bathroom.
The establishment was hard to find. The shower did not have a holder for the shower head. The room was smaller than shown in photos and was very hot with little to no circulation. Across the street is a train station, at about 3:00 in the morning you can hear the loudspeaker at the station.
After a 5 hour journey from Glasgow to Euston we got off the train to then find our so called hotel wasn't actually a hotel at all. We found the "hotel" with thanks to a shop next door. The "hotel" - term used loosely- was a dive, well from what we saw of it. There was no way of knowing from the outside what is was but the door was horrible, and even if you pressed the buzzer you got no reply. I called the number supplied to me by Booking.com and it rang out twice before I got an answer. It's was 24 degrees outside, three of us were standing there with our bags, tired from the journey to then find that the incompitent staff of 64b Eversholt Street hadn't sent us the documents they were meant too. After a terrible phonecall to the "manager" we found out there was no one in the hotel to greet us yet alone fix our problem. We ended up having to book in at Travellodge down the road and the people at Eversholt charged us £72 for their mistake. They straight out lied about offerin to send me the details we needed by sms but told booking.com that anyway. Never stay at this hotel, it's not worth it. It's on a horrible street, terrible staff, not worth the money... AVOID.
Not much, if it was better maintained it would be a good place.
Doors were off hinges, security cameras were turned to face the roof. Seemed like squatters in the room next to me who left shortly after I arrived and were asleep in a room with no door. Food left in the fridge and cupboard. Wallpaper peeling from the walls. Did not feel safe. Shower was not attached so I had to hold it.
When we arrived we could not get in. No one answered to the phone and we had to be re-accommodated by myself at 10 pm with two small kids in London. Extremely disappointing choice.
excellent value. couldn't get better value.
obviously with the cheap price you can't expect it to be luxurious.
the kitchen , the wifi
the room is too small , the stairs are not clean , the bed sheet is not clean
Location was excellent, 2 minutes walk to euston train station. Can't really complain about dislikes for price?
The front door didn't bolt from inside, did worry anyone could come in if they knew code. There were items left from previous occupies, toiletries, etc would be better if all this was removed. Cups were dirty in cupboard. Door handle broken from inside in 1 room.
Fudge like the fact that my passcode to gain entrance had been lost ... So I was stranded in the middle of London ... On my own @ midnight ... In the pouring rain ... For over an hour waiting for the company to retrieve my entrance code ... Not happy at ... Very unsafe place to be for anybody on their own .... Especially a female .... Especially at midnight !!!
Location is excellent, few steps away from Euston Square. Right at the corner there is a convenience store which has all the essentials. The room itself was the Deluxe, and indeed it was impressive! Two big bedrooms plus the kitchen. The bedrooms even had a sofa. And the kitchen was fully equipped, with all kinds of cutlery, cups. Perfect for a London weekend with a grou
The checkout time was supposed to be at 11 am but at 10:30 am the cleaning lady already arrived, asking for the money. This is because we arranged payment by cash.
Good to have a Name board infront of the apartment
* Fully equipped kitchen * Comfortable beds * Towels provided * Close to shops & Euston station
* No staff on premises to ask questions or make payment to * No can opener so limited for own food * Not knowing if there would be anyone in adjoining room sharing kitchen and bathroom
Comfortable beddings , good sized rooms
CCTV monitoring , got trapped in the toilet few occasions due to a broken door .
Could not get into property. No one answeres phones or doorbell. Very poor neighborhood

Very close to Euston station. Good price. Easy access with key code. Lots of sleeping space.
Wifi not usable. Some of the furniture is falling apart. Not the best neighbourhood (seems safe enough though).
