Thought the bedrooms needed updating

Great location and easy parking. Very helpful staff.

Shame that the location meant that everywhere you went you had to use your room card.

Room was nice, and bathroom was excellent

Room was cold, no central heating. Nearly got mugged on way back to hotel at 11pm.

To be honest, I expected a clean, airy & comfortable stay but it was too a high an expectation I guess. I liked nothing at Holiday Inn!!

The bed was too low, mattress was uncomfortable. There was no bath tub, only a tiny shower & the carpeting in the whole hotel was tired, dirty & dark. The wooden floors were squeezing when walking & the furniture & tv were tired in the room. The full english breakfast consists only of scrambled egg, scary sausages & beans which were served cold.

Location Clean and comfortable

Luke warm weak shower (described as power shower -but definitely not) Hairdryer did not work, reported this on leaving but di not not make a note of it for maintenance (got impression thought I did not know how to use it properly). Very noisy - double glazing seemed to make no difference to traffic noise outside.

Very handy for town and theatres. Receptionist was very helpful.

Mattresses too soft and sunk in the middle. - Need new ones! Bed linen stiff, could be softer and more comfortable and the pillows had a sweaty smell. Breakfast was somewhat chaotic.

despite being a brief stay, I could verify the sympathy of the entire staff.

The parking

I thought it was very good for the money. Staff were excellent, breakfast was also fine as was the whole package. Would recommend and stay again as I am planning to do in April.

The internet system was bit annoying, limiting speed/download. It made using skype difficult.

The staff are so friendly, helped us with all our needs, we requested breakfast before the opening time as we had a wedding to attend, they happily helped without any fuss. Would recommend to anyone travelling to Bradford.

The room was freezing, the heating wasn't working at all and I complained to the manager and they couldnt offer me an alternative smoking room as all rooms were booked. They could have compensated me as a good will gesture because the customer service was rubbish and staff attitude was very bad. I will be telling everyone not to go there, im really not happy.

i stayed with my partner on new years eve n having our luggage in our bag his shirt was creased, the receptionist was great and got us an iron and ironing board straight away
