Good location close to station. The first key we were given did not work properly on the stairs and lift. The kettle in the room was faulty. It was quite noisy at times and the access was quite complicated. |

The 4 rooms we booked were clean and spacious. The bathroom was a good standard. The price was very reasonable There was only 1 pillow for each person. The phone to one of the rooms did not work. One of our party got stuck in the lift and the intercom was not working properly. The location was central but the immediate surroundings were a desolate urban desert! |

The staff were all very helpful and friendly and apologised profusely for the fire alarm going off in the night. The parking was very cheap (only £3 for 24hours) and was all under CCTV and easy to find. Lots of places to eat within 1 minutes walk and a cinema nextdoor. The room was very cold as the window didn't shut properly. The TV remote didn't work. There was hardly any coffee etc in the room. The breakfast described as a "continental buffet" was boxed cereal, toast or a croissant and coffee from a vending machine. And the fire alarm went off twice in one night! |

Very clean. Needed Satnav to locate, signage not great when in the car. Fire alarm went off, but fault of casino underneath. Staff very apologetic for the incident. Television in room was on its last legs, informed staff and they made a note for it to be replaced. Overall pleasant experience |

Advantages: excellent location near station, restaurants and city centre. Facilities are good. Quiet and good for money. I was confused by the TV. You need to open a cover (left) and press a few seconds to swith it on. Sofa is kind dirty, while I do not use it at all. |

The staff at 4.45am were excellant and even provided us breakfast at that time before the trip to the airport. We had to wait a while before getting a room which was a little frustrating when we had suitcases and other people go into their room quicker |

The staff were very nice and helpful, access to places to eat and the cinema was extremely convenient. The sofa bed was tired looking and not very clean. It needed to either be cleaned or re-upholstered. Also since the nights were very warm, it would have been nice to have the windows open a little more (within the safety limit ofcourse). |

The central location and ease of booking and checking in. The staff were helpful when needed. I thought the breakfast was limited and the area for eating it was too small and inadequate for the number of residents. |
