No issues affecting the hotel. Parking - website indicated that parking charge was £3 per day, on arrival we discovered that this was not the case, hotel gave a discount but then charge was payable for each period used, in our case we were in and out twice on each day. |

The staff and room cleanliness were excellent. Range of breakfast foods was good and position of the hotel for our vist to the area was also good. Best thing was the great price for the 2 nights. Just remember to get your parking ticket stamped so you get the discount. Only let down for us was the mattress on the bed which was far too soft for us and meant a poor sleep. |

Good location close to station. The first key we were given did not work properly on the stairs and lift. The kettle in the room was faulty. It was quite noisy at times and the access was quite complicated. |

This was my second visit to this hotel and like last time everything was superb, and I must give a special mention to the hotel staff who went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible.I stay at hotels around the country on a regular basis and I put this hotel right up amongst the best. For anyone like me who relies on public transport, this hotel is perfect as the station is just across the road. |

The ease of getting to the city centre and the facilities around the hotel. I didn't like the fact that I had to wake up by 9.30am for breakfast and if you are late you may have nothing to eat. Some sort of room service might help instead waking up and going down to reception for breakfast. |

The 4 rooms we booked were clean and spacious. The bathroom was a good standard. The price was very reasonable There was only 1 pillow for each person. The phone to one of the rooms did not work. One of our party got stuck in the lift and the intercom was not working properly. The location was central but the immediate surroundings were a desolate urban desert! |

The staff were all very helpful and friendly and apologised profusely for the fire alarm going off in the night. The parking was very cheap (only £3 for 24hours) and was all under CCTV and easy to find. Lots of places to eat within 1 minutes walk and a cinema nextdoor. The room was very cold as the window didn't shut properly. The TV remote didn't work. There was hardly any coffee etc in the room. The breakfast described as a "continental buffet" was boxed cereal, toast or a croissant and coffee from a vending machine. And the fire alarm went off twice in one night! |

Very clean. Needed Satnav to locate, signage not great when in the car. Fire alarm went off, but fault of casino underneath. Staff very apologetic for the incident. Television in room was on its last legs, informed staff and they made a note for it to be replaced. Overall pleasant experience |

Advantages: excellent location near station, restaurants and city centre. Facilities are good. Quiet and good for money. I was confused by the TV. You need to open a cover (left) and press a few seconds to swith it on. Sofa is kind dirty, while I do not use it at all. |

The staff at 4.45am were excellant and even provided us breakfast at that time before the trip to the airport. We had to wait a while before getting a room which was a little frustrating when we had suitcases and other people go into their room quicker |
