The rooms were clean and well kept, the staff were very helpful and pleasant, location was central for the purpose of a break. Breakfast - the sausages were tasteless and not a great variety for cooked breakfast only other option was scrambled egg. Coffee was really good

Perfect location. Nice room. Hot shower. Nice breakfast. What more could you ask. A bit too warm in the room, and we were unsure how to lower i the temperature. Nice in the winter.

The warm welcome and the cleanliness of the place , also the fact there was a room ready and it was only midday . We also were delighted to be able to leave our luggage after we had vacated our room.

Helpful and friendly staff. Good service in the bar and restaurant. Excellent location - went to the Royal Concert Hall, just across the road! The lift doors closing before you had hardly entered!

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and rooms clean. The breakfast room was very busy but staff worked very hard to replenish items and clear tables. The quality of the breakfast was very good. Location was excellent too. We would stay again. Room hot during the night and socket for hairdryer etc not close to mirror.

- Reception staff (Mark, Adam and David) - Free Internet. Speed reasonable - Free breakfast - Location - Car park right opposite hotel - Strong showers - You can use your Emirates skywards here. - Get you own multiplug device. Just 1 (ONE) plug was available in the room AND it was metres away from the bed! - Hot food was served 40 minutes late for breakfast - parking cost. Although if you stay in the hotel it works out cheaper. During my weekend stay I took my car out twice and paid approx £14 per day. Parking would otherwise cost you £3 for the first 3 hours followed by ~£2.70 (if I remember correctly) per hour after.... - My tom tom wouldnt take me the hotel postcode, hence had to use my iphone for planning. -I personally don't like the card system when operating the elevator. Others may take that as a plus point. - I asked for a double bed and got two singles.
