Rooms cleaned daily. Fresh towels. Comfortable bed. Hotel was perfectly situated and walking distance to train station and some great pubs. Only 1 thing which was a lumpy quilt.

The rooms were very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and ready to answer any questions/queries we had including directions that we asked for to the Metro Arena. We didn't like having to park in the public multi storey car park. They had sausages at breakfast but I really fancied some bacon which they didn't have.

Lovely staff, room was fine, location excellent for us, cheap room so I was very pleased Felt a tad duped that they only had scrambled eggs and sausages for the hot breakfast. Other than that breakfast was great for what we paid

Clean, quiet, comfortable, friendly, good location. Overall a good stay. Only thing wrong with our stay was the scrambled eggs were poor not cooked maybe powdered mix & beans & sausages were cold.

Arrived early but was still allocated a room; staff were helpful. Bed very comfortable. Spacious room. Although very clean, the room was quite dusty. Had to contact reception for WiFi password - would be more convenient if this was supplied in the room. Phone didn't work; although I'm sure this would have been replaced immediately if I had enquired.

This is second time I stayed there and I would definitley go back. The only thing I didn't like was they did not have my reservation that I made with you but the staff where very helpful and fortunately there was a room for me.

Kimberley on reception was an angel, sorting me out with some takeaway as I was exhausted from working all day and very pregnant so had no energy to find my own supper. She really was excellent, a credit to you.
