Shower caused flooding in bathroom and bedroom, aircon did not work. Very noisy with window open, repoorted flooded shower, evening manger went home and did nothing. .Day manager gave us a measly reduction in the room rate. |

Central, clean, quite efficient. Lack of hotel parking - had to use expensive multistorey. No room service/restaurant. |

Pleasant chain hotel with an excellent location. Very convenient for pubs/shops nightlife and all sights Sink in room was blocked on our arrival - someone had vomited into it. Not a pleasant sight and should have been noticed and remedied before our arrival. |

The convenience to city centre, breakfast was nice but have stopped at Marriott hotels for less money and fully cooked breakfast Car parking, we were unable to park at the nearest carpark despite there being lots of reserved spaces vacant |

A very convenient location for city centre without need to use the car, with parking facilty at side of hotel. Because the hotel has lots of stag and hen party guest at the weekend. We had a really bad nights sleep, because we were woke up several times during the early hours. We were on the first floor and heard everyone comming back to their rooms. We should have been put on a quieter floor away from stag and hen party guests. We would warn any one about this problem when making recommendation. |

location Poor service from staff. My friend was moved to 3 different rooms, one of which was already occupied when he walked in! Very high drinks costs with very poor service. Many of the staff seemed to like to chat to each other.Breakfast was basic. |

All staff were very helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome. Room was clean and tidy. A little expensive - room over 100 euro - a comparable hotel room in Dublin city centre would be 50-70 euro. |
