The staff were friendly but did not resolve any of my problems, the hotel was quite clean WARNING - the traffic is very loud! I asked to move rooms away from the main road and they offered me a room next to the lift which was more noisy so I moved back! The T.V is not flat screen and only has seven channels. Also I booked a double room and was given a twin, the hotel staff were not able to move me to a double room, even though I had booked one.

Very convenient and good value. Heating/AC noisy in one of the rooms. Prefer fresh fruit and better orange juice for breakfast. Also better choice of cereals for adults. Not fussed about having cooked breakfast.

the reception staff were excellent - very cheerful, friendly and helpful. It was close to the centre and the restaurants, club and pubs we were visiting. The breakfast was good better choice than i expected.

Good clean room, very helpfull staff Very poor brakfast , it states continental , the hot food was poor quality always waiting for food to be replenished Just serve cold buffet or do the hot properly Also said in our hotel imformation that all rooms had flat screen televisions room 510 definatly doesnt

It was close to the station and to Metro arena which was where we were going. Rooms were excellent, with all amenities we needed. Breakfast was really high standard. I will definitely use the hotel again.

From entering the hotel we were made welcome and a room was made available almost immediatly even though we were early.The room was very comfortable.We had a comfortable night and breakfast was nice.We will be back. Nothing every thing was Ok.

It's location The hotel is on a busy road junction and quite noisy. The hotel is used as a base for stag and hen weekends therefore it is very noisy.

The hotel was just as I expected,a great location ,my check in and check out were handled efficiently with no waiting ,the room was basic,no frills, but clean and comfortable and breakfast was adequate self service quick and easy Its perfectly fine for a room to sleep in but if you want more of a relaxed experience with plenty of facilities this is not a good choice.

Fantastic Location, first impressions was clean, tidy. Receptionist was very helpful and polite. Our room was lovely, it was big, very clean and bathroom was very clean too. When we asked for more tea bags etc the staff were very helpful indeed. Nothing we did not like, everything was very positive about our stay here. We would certainly stay here again and we recommend to friends to stay here too.

Staff from moment of arrival were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and a nice touch was "Welcome Bryan Walker" on the T.V. on entering the room. Would recommend to others requiring a value for money break.

it was ok staff very good and helpful plus nice and clean hotel we where in room 414 very hard to get to sleep for traffic noise outside could do with extra glazing for that reason would not stay at this hotel again

Location ideal. Staying to attend concert at Metro Arena, ideal for this. Also near railway station and near shopping centre. Plenty eating places nearby - all walking distance. Room clean and comfortable. Staff helpfull and friendly. Would recomend and stay again.
