the staff were very welcoming and helpful security was great no outsider could get to the rooms. breakfast was help your self no fry up but we didnt mind we ate loads full for the day. would stay again if in tha area.

It was close to the city centre, ideal location for our trip, it was close to the attractions we wished to see, it was close enough to the nightlife & far enough not to be disturbed

No closed off section for people to sit & have breakfast as the reception area is busy, and it does feel like you are sat in reception having your breakfast. I don't think it looks to great seeing people sat eating whilst checking in or out, or arriving for a business meeting (some people have really strange eating habits) £5.95 for a glass of house wine is far to steep - especially when you can get a bottle of decent wine from the shop around the corner for £3.99 (3 glasses) Cover for Bar & check in needs to be looked at - would have used the bar more but staff checking people in were also responsible for the bar area so the bar was unmaned. Lights in rooms need to be looked at, bed lights seem to be linked with the main lights

not about the hotel but we called just before checking in re car parking facilities and were told to park in the multi story car park beside the hotel however, weren't advised about the platinum badge holder spaces and having been travelling for 7 hours didn't notice the signs so we received a parking ticket. Being new to the city it would have been nice to have been advised that these spaces were there and not to park in them. Local knowledge the desk clerk should have told us of
