I liked the geographic location, and the people were really nice.

I didn't like anything, the worst hotel I have stayed in and I have stayed in a lot.

The smallness of the rooms, very poky, the noise from inside and outside the hotel was horrendous, the staff were noisy and unfriendly, the cleaning was intrusive and noisy, floors are laminate and noisy, had to go out the hotel and 50 yards down the road, down some very steep steps to a poky room in the basementget of another hotel for your breakfast, the food was rubbish, breakfast facilities were rubbish. Stay away from this hotel, you can get far better for the price. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location was very good - it was less than a minute walk from Kings Cross St Pancras tube station. The room was very clean, although slightly small! Good value for money.

1. The staff is very kind and friendly. 2. A calm square very close to the train and tube station.

1. A more confortable room to have breakfast, without to have to wait for a seat at the sidewalk - the breakfast room doesn't have enough space for a waiting corner. 2. A lot of noise during the night because of the thin walls.

It was close to the station.

The staff had no customer service. The size of the room and beds were extremely small. The sink had a blockage. The shower heads were dirty. Breakfast was in another building across the square, which no staff decided to tell us so we had to wait for 15 minutes for a member of staff to come back to reception to direct us. Then had to wait for 30mins to be seated to find out their selection of food were poor.

Position

The hotel is totally different from the picture shown in the ads. We were two but the room was narrow, dirty and the bed was not a double bed .The stairs which lead to the room are disgusting, stinky and old. In the room there was no wardrobe, and the television was broken. It's a rip- off.

Excellent value for money, great location.

Had to walk down the road to get to breakfast...very odd!

There is no bar or restaurant inside the hotel

Very clean and comfortable room, central location is great for a weekend break.

The long flights of stairs and absence of a lift, and the complimentary breakfast offered was at another hotel and was overcrowded and rushed, as the facilities were not able to cope with the number of guests from multiple hotels

To be honest the only thing that was good, was the location and that it was close to st pancreas station, as we were catching the euro star early the next morning.

Our toilet door didnt shut or even have a lock on.our room wasnt ready on arival at 3pm!! Our wall shoock every time the maindoor to the hotel door was opened,and shook our bed as it was against that wall, consiquently had hardly any sleep.and to top things , in the morning breakfast was in another hotel across the road down in a small basement room,which only had about 6 small tables in.we had to wait outside for a table to become free,and the breakfast was diar! Toast,ham cheese,tined fruit, corn flakes,museli and a boiled egg. That was it. Never stay here again and would like my money back! An awlful experience!!!

Sheets and towels not changed, Room not cleaned properly, The double room was absoloutely tiny, not worth what I paid for it at all!

Polite staff, clean room.

Ironing board was broken, iron was leaking. The lock to the door was broken , though someone came out within twenty minutes to fix it.
