Not enough hot water in the morning for a shower
Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean throughout. Comfortable rooms, bar area and restaurant. Good food.
Wifi was a bit hit and miss. Room was very hot, radiator turned right down but still red hot. Reported to reception on leaving and they made a note of it.
Small room. 'Motel' style means walking across car parents main hotel building.
The breakfast was freshly cooked as ordered.
Nice bathroom. Very quiet room. Good to have loads of TV channels for kids.
Unable to open window. Small room for a family room with 5 of us in it on top of one another.
Suite was comfortable and very clean. Friendly staff and overall lovely hotel.

The food we had was delicious (homemade curry and linguine), as was the cooked breakfast. The public areas of the hotel and our bedroom/ensuite were immaculately clean and well maintained.
The mattress was uncomfortably firm for me.
Clean nand efficient
Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Good location
The aquarium in the dining room
TV broken in our larger room so changed to a Family room with bunk beds and only one bedside table and so only one bedside light.
Everything, except what I didn't like.
No box of tissues in bedroom and double size bed.

Good,,clean, and friendly, glad I've found it convenient only a couple of minutes from A30 turning.
Road works were a bit of a pain,, and I nearly missed the turning, but not Hotels fault.
