The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was fantastic. The room was very clean abd despite a major road being so close, it was very quiet. |

Because iy was close to Exeter and Exeter Racecourse, though £12 for a two minute cab ride is a bit steep, not your fault but you do recommend the cab firm No its pleasant |

Cleanliness of my rooom was poor. Not female friendly, not happy with security as rooms were not attached to the main building. |

Clean, good value for money. My daughter loved the breakfast! Helpful staff. I had expected this hotel to be closer to the centre of Exeter. In fact it was approximately a fifteen minute drive (good directions needed!) from the centre. More appropriate for access to A38 than a stay in Exeter itself. |

Polite, proffessional staff. Clean rooms, nice powerful shower. Close to Exeter and main road, but a quiet site. Good breakfasts included with our room rate. Plenty of parking. We travelled to Cornwall from here and visited tourist spots. We had an enjoyable time and would recommend this hotel, especially for anyone who has trouble with stairs as all the rooms are on ground level. It's similar to a motel, with the rooms separate from the main reception, bar and restaurant. Would go again. The room we stayed in was small and basic, but well maintained and kept very clean. |
