The decor of the room was very good and the bathroom very modern, the bed very comfortable. To have an evening meal meant you either went to a pub across the carpark which had an hours wait for the meal or a trip to Exeter 5 minutes drive |

The rooms were very clean and comfortable for the price. The premises as a whole were good, car park, reception etc. Carpets looked new. After booking two twin rooms were we initially given two doubles. These were changed okay, but this should not happen |

Clean room, good bed, good shower, reception staff friendly and helpful.Large carpark, good location.Good pub serving evening meals nextdoor.Good breakfast provided. Businessmen with laptops and mobiles conducting business sessions in the eating area before the end of breakfast time being 930am . |
