Beds way to soft
The welcoming staff were competent and helpful. The hotel was clean and generally quiet. Self-service breakfast was quick and easy and very good.
There was some noise late at night in a room near us
Staff are really nice and helpful.
Synthetic duvet felt like sleeping under clumps of rubber. It was way too ho also would be nice if there was in-house food. The pub next door has a pretty limited menu.
friendly staff clean hotel good price
Breakfast was poor Beds are not very comfortable
The location was good and we used the bus to get into the city. The rooms were smart and well laid out. The staff were very helpful.
The breakfast wasn't as good as I expected, the layout of it was difficult and a bit cramped. The bed was a bit creaky, so I didn't sleep as well as I'd hoped.
Extremely clean and comfortable. Gods value

Rather hard bed ..... great for some
Clean, efficient, well located with an excellent and unexpected breakfast included in the price.
Bed was small and not at all comfy. Would have been okay as a lone traveller be t not a couple.
Free parking. Comfortable and clean. Nice pub/restaurant next door.
No plug sockets near the bed so had to charge my phone over the other side of the room. When I called and asked for an extension lead they said they didn't have one. Quite far from the centre of Exeter. Wifi didn't work properly.
We had a ground floor disabled access room. The room was great, plenty of room, nice wet room. For the very competitive price that we paid, we didn't expect such an excellent breakfast. Very pleasantly surprised. We will definitely book here again.
I found the bed a little hard, but my husband liked it so it's not a complaint.
