Nothing. And I have never been asked for photo id before at a hotel to prove I'm not 'a bad person' I think this is very insulting

Everything, the decor was poor, chipped, flakey paint. A hole in the sink which was poorly filled, mould around tiles in the shower. Could hear the people in the next room talking/sneezing/phone/music. And being treated like I was a criminal.

they are rip off as they chrge 5% on using cards for payment. very small room and need to sqeeeze yourself to get ino toilet and shower.

This is a very tired hotel. Paint peeling off the walls. You cannot have the television on and work any of the other electrical appliances as there is only one socket and an extension lead that you have to strech around to connect to the kettle/ toasts/ micowave.This is a poor budget class hotel that is hardly an apratment. Its cooker / Fridge sink is just a cupboard inserted into a very small bedroom. Until the owners spend some money updating this they do not deserve to receive any custom.

I booked a twin room with cooking facilities. My room was on the fourth floor in a badly subsiding building all the stairwells were sloping to the centre or the building. My room was probably refurbished in 1971 and its still got the same curtains and bedding. The sheets although clean were threadbare. The bathroom was also sloping severely. The loo was at an angle of around 20 degrees., A strange experience. The bath had sunk so to stop leeks a silicone bead nearly 40mm wide had been applied, not very neatly either. The 14inch tv was mounted from the ceiling and there was no remote. I asked at reception, where I was told people steal battries, so they removed them from the rooms. Nice if your 5ft tall,Not

Closed to the City and cheaper than the other one's. Also supermarket and fast food restaurants are near to the hotel.

Window couldn't close (there was a 2 finger wide space, we have to put towels into it), so it was cold and noisy. Bathroom wasn't clean. The room was also clairaudient and small.

We were charged £50 for checking in after 10pm what a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rooms are extremly dated and worn out! No one on reception at 7am to get an iron all round bad experience!!!

Ligging ten opzichte van de beurs Earl Court is geweldig. De Easy Bus (van Easyjet) vanaf Gatwick stopt en vertrekt op 10 minuten lopen vanaf het hotel. (Wel reserveren) Ik was alleen en had een tweepersoonsbed. In de badkamer hangt een kastje waar je toiletspullen kwijt kan. Aardig personeel, vooral de kamermeisjes. Ze doen hun best maar een hotel zoals dit, is niet schoon te krijgen. Keukenblok is ter grote van een kledingkast en heeft 2 pitten, magnetron, broodrooster, waterkoker en koelkast. De knoppen werken met timers. Er zijn twee kleine pannetjes, dus koken zit er niet in, maar met de bijzonder goed gesorteerde supermarkt (ook Eco eten) op 200 mt afstand, die 24uur open is, kan je je hier heel goed mee redden.

Van dit hotel wordt je niet vrolijk. Dit is geen appartement. Het is ter grote van een kleine hotelkamer. In mijn kamer stond het keukenblok naast het bed en als het deurtje hiervvan openstond, kon je er bijna niet langs. Er was geen tafel. Ik zat op de 3e verdieping = 60 treden. (smalle trappen) Door het slechte onderhoud zal het er hier nooit proper uitzien. De vloerbedekking is vuil en de meubels zijn beschadigd. De kledingkast werd op zijn plek gehouden door middel van een gouden gids die eronder gedrukt was. De douche heeft een ingenieus apparaat dat niet naar behoren werkt, met een dun straaltje water. Badkamer heeft geen stopcontact of föhn. Voor gebruik creditcard rekenen ze 5% extra en voor het stallen van bagage £ 10.

Ofrece lo necesario para estar un fin de semana en Londres. Buena relación calidad-precio. Ideal la pequeña cocina con lo suficiente para tomar un desayuno o un comida ligera. Buena localización, muy cerca de la parada de metro de Earl's Court y a unos 500 mts del Easybus al aeropuerto de Gatwick.

No tiene Wi-Fi, ni internet. El agua de la ducha tiene muy poca presión. Si vas a usar la cocina recomiendo llevar lavavajillas, estropajo, paños y cafetera. Es lo único necesario que no tiene.

De locatie van de appartementen is goed, op loopafstand van de metro. De bedden waren ook best goed.

De kamer was krap en slecht onderhouden. Wel schoon, al werd er niet schoongemaakt tijdens het verblijf. Er was veel geluidsoverlast en geuroverlast (riool en slechte afvoering van kookgeuren uit andere kamers waardoor de hele gang daar naar rook).
