not a lot
I woke up out of bed stood up and my nose nearly hit the bathroom door! Literally the smallest double bedroom I have ever stayed in-wont book again. Breakfast room and offer was also also very small and poor fayre on offer
Inexpensive. Room was clean. Staff were polite and friendly. Location convenient
Room was very small about seven foot square. Bathroom about the size of a wardrobe. Not even possible to sit square on the toilet as the handbasin came over the top of it. Blanket had harsh patches as if it had been melted, I guess in the tumble drier! Dining room only had two tables which each sat eight guests. People were standing to eat and tables weren't wiped over.
The hotel was very clean and comfortable with a good breakfast choice (continental) staff were very friendly and it's in a great location and my room was lovely . Cleaned with fresh towels both days I was there
Bathroom was a bit small , but very clean and serviceable . Wi-Fi a bit slow Noise from other rooms heard (Headphones/ earplugs recommended)
Thee room and ensuite were spotless. Friendly chap on desk on arrival. Position ideal especially for Cromwell Hospital.
A double bed pushed against a wall in a room clearly suitable only for single occupancy! Slanting floor meant a slanting bed. No wardrobe, only wall hooks!
Good location Good breakfast Clean Quiet
No wardrobe Very small room Broken shower, which was not properly fixed over four days of stay Tiny sink, one third of which is covered with the tap No lift with 60 steps to go with suitcases and no help from staff
We enjoyed the fact the hotel was only a 5 minute walk from Earl's Court tube station and the view from the room was lovely. The street was quiet and staff were informative and friendly. The bed was very comfortable with the memory form topper, and the air conditioner was definatley put to use and was fantastic!
There was a lot of noise throughout the night from other guests, sounding like they were checking in at 4am. The sound was very clear and loud it kept us awake. There was minimal toilet space, and was very uncomfortable. The bed was very comfortable but there was only one pillow each.
Room had no window
Good selction if continental breakfast. Everything thats needed staff responded well to broken aircon
Small room. Wouldnt of classed as three star room at top was a lot of effort. Slight cosmetic adjustment needed (blinds, sheets)
Very nice location, close to Earl's Court underground station. Clean room. Confortable bed and nice shower. We liked it!
Good location and value
Was in basement room next to kitchen which was used for breakfast and communal dining. Was woken at 6am and noise did not stop.
Clean fresh nice staff and modern rooms good price and lovely area!
Rooms very small, no citrons up was just a sheet at the window, and bathroom very small.
Pleasant greeting from hotel desk. Free teas and coffees in breakfast area. Clean well maintained bathroom
Very dark unlit stairwell, pretty dangerous, no lift, on 3rd floor, grubby shared areas, tiny room with an extra bed jammed in when booked a double.
The location is perfect, quite near to Earl's Court underground. It is close to lots of shops. The room is basic, double bedroom and a toilet. Very small, but it is enough to sleep only. The breakfast is basic also, but good.
It is possible to hear everything from other rooms. People talking, turning on computer, everything. There is no dark curtain in the room, and it is very strange because anyone from other place in from of this hotel can see everything.
Mould everywhere. Damp. Cramped. Asked to change rooms but was ignored. Reception never manned. In the basement next to a toilet and noisy neighbours. Would never stay here again
Location and price
There's no leift
its clean and close to the tube
very very small, no close
The bed was comfy, the breakfast was good, the shower was good, the location was good.
Smallness of the room and in particular of the bathroom, tiny, big people would really struggle. The cleanliness in general of the room was not good (floor not very clean) and the stairs and landing wasn't clean either, needed vacuuming. One night (Friday 22nd) there was far too much noise late on from the reception area.
The front office staff's behaviour.. Very courteous.
Bathroom size is too small..should keep more toiletries.. The existing are very basic..
very small rooms
Staff was friendly and kind. And building and room was very clean! That location was best! Even we were little bit lost, it close the station so very comfortable.
We reserved double room. But, room was small. And hair dryer was broken. (It was in Summer so we used the air-conditional instead of dryer.)
Accueil du staff
All of it
Nice location, helpful staff, accommodation was lovely and everything was done well.
Bathroom was a bit small
The staff attempted to make this venue seem like a hotel. It was clean.
It was the smallest hotel room ever and lacked basics such as trash cans, shampoo, one socket in the whole room. Very poor and cramped room (number 10). The bed had blankets with stains and cigarette burns.
