Not a lot No curtains on window. Luminaire through to adjoining room lit up our room every time they put their light on. Toilet cramped. Room thick with dust. Dining room more like a hostel. Never a 3 star establishment.

Arriving after the typical long journey I was received by friendly courteous staff who made me feel welcome - my room was modest but comfortable with clean sheets and towels every day unlike some places I have stayed - I have a spinal injury so was pleased to find the bed just right. The location was excellent within easy walking distance 2-3 minutes from the station and less to the main city bus route. The breakfast was on par for hotels in the area - I stayed a 3 in this general area and this was the best. As I was on business I found the WiFi in my room slow - the staff had no hesitation in moving me to another room where the internet was lightening fast. The on suites were new and clean and the TV great. All the rooms had reverse cycle air con. London IS expensive so I was well pleased with the value for money and happy smiling staff. with a desire to please. A mix up occurred with my business colleagues stay due to a mis communication BUT to the staff credit it was quickly sorted.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathroom were tiny. However, from what I gather, all rooms in London are tiny, unless you want to spend a fortune on rooms, so that's ok. So for the price (very cheap for London), the rooms were great. I wouldn't go there for a romantic stay, but it was perfect for going to conferences or to seeing the city, if all you want is a place to crash at the end of the day. Also, I had my own bathroom, the room and bathroom were very clean, and they had very good wifi. The location was excellent, very close to the underground, to Imperial (where I was having a conference), to several museums, and to lots of really good and affordable restaurants. The rooms were tiny. However, from what I gather, all rooms in this area are tiny, unless you want to spend a fortune on rooms. I wouldn't go there for a romantic stay.

One of the best available price in this level, in the area and time (of course still high in the general context). Possibility to use the eating room (coffee, microwave or just chair and table) during the day. No shelfs or coat-hangers. Only four basic hooks. Difficult to manipulate with more formal clothes.

Free wifi, reasonable continental breakfast, quiet location and close to Earls Court and Gloucester Road tube stations. The last refurb was like the curates egg - good in parts. The rooms are often made up from a larger, older room and I don't think the newer walls are as soundproofed as they could be, although not a big issue. The rooms are tiny and could do with more hooks and hangers and surfaces. Reception staff were friendly, but the lady in the kitchen was surly even if competent going about her business.

The staff were courteous and did move us to a slightly better room when we complained. The room was very noisy due to the sound of running water pipes, the busy corridor outside and the 'intimate' noises from a public toilet next to our room. It also smelled of sewage and was damp.

The hotel was near to Earl's Court tube station (less than 5 minutes walking). When we arrived to the hotel the room wasn't very clean. There were hairs inside the sheets and in the shower, toilet paper on the floor... The room doesn't have any kind of furniture to put our stuff. There wasn't any of the hygienic products we were supposed to have. We could hear everything from one room to another. No lift for six floors!! Big windows with only a thin transparent curtain. Poor breakfast in a very poor dinning room, like a canteen.

Pleasant gentleman on reception. The room was minimalistic but clean. En-suite was clean. En-suite was small. The walls were very thin in the room I was in, I could hear the snoring of the person in the next room.

Convenience - price - satisfying continental breakfast I was in Room 18 bathroom door handle was loose and ensuite was very very cramped. A larger person would not be able to use it at all. No where to put any clothes except 3 hangars on the back of the door. No drawers or wardrobe. No instructions for TV use and fire instructions were very generic and not specific. Where was the nearest fire extinguisher. Where were to gather etc etc.

The team of staff were extremely welcoming and friendly at all times. The size of each room (we had 4) was very small. No wardrobe in one room. We were all very unhappy with this. As I was not there the first night, I emailed the hotel to raise the issues and received no reply.

The location Every day we had to change room.first day they hadn't double room and gave us triple.next day we went to a double room in which we couldn't have access to internet, because the wifi signal wasnt too strong.so we asked to go in another room, but was fully booked and changed room after 2 days.the new room was too hot,so we slept with open window and there wasnt dryer on the bethroom so we couldnt charge our mobile phones.they havent europian adaptors and we had to charge our mobile phones on a dryer,in the bethroom, which have a plug for saver.the breakfast was too poor,it had only cheese no ham.no towel for hands,no shampoo and shower gel.
