Close to the tube station. The room was really small and not very clean, strange smell in the room and bedsheets/blankets, too many stairs to upper floor and no elevator.

I hate the hotel. The stuff was nice but nothing was working in the hotel,no phone no internet even at the reception. They charged me 30 pounds for calling taxi to get to the airport.Room was so small that we had to walk over the beds.I Have never paid so much for so little. You should review this hotel again before recomending it on your web site.It is not 3 star hotel.

That is a hard question... The only thing good at the hotel was the localization. The hotel was just terrible. No one on the reception, part of the hotel was in reconstruction. The room was totaly different from the pictures...I Left the hotel on the next day.

5 minutes walking from Earl's Court tube station. Earl's Court road also has shops and restaurants from breakfasts, fast food and also hot meals. Good location if you want to be central. Also, the room has a fridge and a microwave which might be of interest for some travelers. Unclean room, unclean bed, bad and old furnishing .. uncomfortable bed and very dirty carpet. Doors make terrible sound when they are they shut. No Elevator and stairs are very narrow and steep. Toilet has no enough lights (the lamp is probably no more than 1 watt!)

It was awful and I would not go there again as nothing worked and the hotel was being refurbished and full of dust and noise. the Toilet was running non-stop, the light in the bathroom could not be turned off and the door was falling of its hinges.

We liked the central location of the hotel, very very near to Earl's Court tube station and bus stops. Sheets and towels where clean as well as the room itself. The staff was friendly. There was even a little cooking facility on the room and a fridge. It is a perfect accommodation for a short city tour for. It is cheap and provides everything you need. Of course you cannot expect a 3 or 4 stars service when you pay so little money and I see in the reviews of many other visitors that they do so which is really sad. We didn't have a hair dryer.

The only good thing of this hotel is the location It has no elevator even though it has 5 floors!! The room was dirty and cold! One of the blankets was smelly. The sheets on the bed seemed to be clean but they were smelling bleach. I chose to stay in this hotel because it was cheaper in comparison with other hotels in the centre of London. However I wouldn't stay in this hotel again even if it was for free.

Close to Earl Cout tube station. Several supermarket is close to the hotel. Room is not clean. Walls were dirty, stained and moist. There was no hot water in the room for two mornings. Bathroom is very small and in bad condition, mould growth. Breakfast is poor. The room for the last night was extremely expensive because of the fashion week. First two nights were ca. 55 gbp the last night was 120 gbp. It is absolutely a robery for such room.

Fantastic location! Very friendly staff.. There is no elevator, but we stayed on the ground floor. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Check out is very early though (11am), but they hold bags for you at no extra cost.

It was close to tube. The staff was friendly. I could leave my bags there with no additional cost and there was free wifi. There was no switch for the light in bedroom. Kettle plug did not work. Door for bathroom did not close properly and handle was broken.

There is nothing good about this place. it should be removed from your reputable website. this place is a hazard to health and safety of all guests, specifically infants and young children. it is overpriced the carpet was ripped; walls stained hairs and stains on bed-spread dirty toilet bowl and bath cubicle half used roll of toilet paper leaking sink,Windows at bed level open onto street from all upper floors! an infant or child will easily fall thru if mobile and on the bed. Maid service waking up clients at 10am for service. We have stayed in many varieties of accommodation around the world and for £100 pounds per nite this place is really not suitable for guests. we recommend that a thorough health and safety as well as imperative cleanliness standards review be performed for the benefit and wellbeing of future guests.

Privacy is a concern, there was only one curtain up at the window. Make sure you have cash, they appear to have problems in taking payment from both debit and credit card. I was told to go and get cash from the cash machine back at the train station. First impressions are lasting and in this case, I would definitely not return. This is more of a hostel than hotel in dire need of remediation work and decorating.

As I was only staying one night after a football match (Chelsea), the location was good and the price was great if you just want a place to lay your head with no frills.

Good sale price, but I never ever stay again! Rude hotel staff! He would like send me off because I asked for receipt after cash payment?! Broken window, broken wardrobe door. I want to relax at weekend and not arguing with staff hotel or worried about safety during my stay.

The location was very good, helpful staff, microwave and refritzerator.Breakfast was ok.. The condition of the room was very poor (cracked and dirty walls, small and old bathroom, no bed cover but only a sheet, ).Water was falling from the ceiling above the bed during a rainy morning!!The power plugs didn't work and there was no Europe type fuse (only UK type). Not a 3 stars hotel..
