It was handy to have facilities to cook at the hotel. Especially as breakfast on Sunday was not served before I had to leave. The staff were also nice and friendly. I have no idea how this place warrants its 3 star rating. It was clean but the fixtures and fittings look so old that no amount of cleaning will make it look better. It definately needs redecorating! |

I didn't like the fact that I asked for my room not to be serviced during my 2 day stay and they cleaned it anyway. Also I didn't like the fact that my access card did not work and I had to climb up and down 5 staircases 3 times bf my room and the reception before being provided access to the room |

Arrived late, very efficient check in. Room was clean and tidy and everything worked as expected. Very small room, fine for one night but wouldn't want to stay longer. Security, room only had one small yale lock with no night bolt. |

The room had handy kitchen facilities, great bathroom - large & decent shower. very comfortable beds. Very close to the tube. The 'continental breakfast' was extremely disappointing - cheap economy packet ham & stale bread. we ate elsewhere! |

The room was tiny but in the funny way really liked the kitchen in the wardrobe! :) Seriously it's a nice budget hotel ideal for short stay. The dinning room was a bit too small you probably have to wait before you can sit. |

Having the kitchenette in the room was helpful. Especially as breakfast was not served on Sunday before I needed to leave. |

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was ok sized for a single room with own bathroom and was clean. The Location of the hotel is excellent with just minutes away from the next tube station. The furniture in the room was/looked rather used but functional. The window didn't really shut close and the main light when entering the room didn't work which made me wandering around in the dark at first. |

Location was very good. Close to Earls Court station. Very quiet area. Would not allow us to check in when arrived, but we were early. Then they took our bags and left them in an unsecure place. Passports and valuables left inside |

The price TV Remote control was incompatible with the TV (On/Off button changed the channel, none of the other buttons did anything). Couldn't find any way of switching the main room light off other than by removing the room keycard from the wall. No shelf in the shower. No chair at the desk (albeit there wasn't really much room for one!). I realise that for £35/night in central London the facilities will be limited (I had no problem with 70 steps to the room!), but these aren't expensive things to remedy. |

hotel staff not accomodating at all, my 71 year old father had to climb 4 flights of stairs to get to his room and they wouldnt change it to a different floor. Also in my room the window in the room was broken, the close latch was broken from the window that open/close and therefor the window didnt close at all, would not like to stay in hotel in the depths of winter because you would get Pnuemonia. |
