Continental breakfast staff friendly
Bathroom hadn't been finished, tiles falling off no soundproofing thin walls and could hear everything outside staff smoking outside meant room was filled with smoke pay a deposit for remote control
No Duvet on bed water went everywhere in shower no cupboards or any storage. Just hangers.
The reception guy immediately gave me a hand held hairdryer. The bed itself was comfy and I had a reasonable nights sleep
The hairdryer was broken The shower holder was broken so you had to hold the shower head There was a leak from the floor above so the water was dripping onto the bathroom floor It was small and cramped, with no space for anything. No elevator and my bag was heavy. Carpets on stairs didn't look very clean. No lock on the window so unimpressed at security. Wooden floor, so not very comfortable. I won't stay again.
Leaking sink and too small No soap-samphoo- shower gel in the bathroom Bath carpet used by somebody else. Bath towel clean but with bad smell Room not really cleaned Hair dryier broken Room difficult to reach with no signs Breakfast not appropriate
Really nice bathroom and shower, friendly staff, comfy bed, good air con.
No kettle or toiletries in the room, breakfast was a little disappointing
The hotel was in a brilliant location. About a 10 minute walk from Kensington High Street and a 20 minute walk to Chelsea Kings Road area.
The bathroom was tiny. The doors are thin wooden doors and the hotel was very noisy. The cleaners were shouting at each other and banging the doors so there was no chance in having a lie in.
Cool staff, excellent location, good quality for money
My room was too close to the reception so it was a little bit noisy
Great location, clean room and very nice breakfast
Small room and bathroom
the room was dirty, close to the breakfast room, really noise.
The location near Earl's Court tube station is great. There are lots of good restaurants within easy walking distance. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. 24hrs tea and coffee are great.
The room was damp and poorly ventilated, but this is to be expected form a basement type of room. Still, the room needs a bit up updating. There was lots of hallway noise and the mattress is too soft, making for a rather poor night's sleep.
Breakfast is good.
There was no space to move in the bedroom... the bedroom had the same size of the bed (that was too small for 2 already). The bathroom was tiny and we had to shrink ourselfs to pass the door, that could not fully open because it hit the bed. No internet signal in the bedroom.
Good position near Earls Court Breakfast was quite good
Very small room and extremely small bathroom Very cramped for 3 guests Water damage on the ceiling No extras No room to move didn't want to be there Depressing Had to pay deposit for TV remote! This summed it up for us
Very close to the train station. Staff were very friendly.
Room was very small. Cramped toilet - it wasn't possible for even one person to stand comfortably. Broken shower head. Water was either cold or boiling hot. Corridors are congested. We had a small open area outside the door which wasn't appealing to look at. Not expected to pay deposit for a remote!!
Location, very close to tube station Earl's Court. Central London.
Absolutely no storage space in room. Tiny rooms. A lot of noise during night from next rooms. Terrible breakfast - small room, almost no choice of what to eat Internet not working or working terrible (Macbook, Lenovo, iPhone, nothing worked). NEVER AGAIN!
Room could not be any smaller. No curtains in the window. Bathroom not suitable for a large person. Just 1 wall socket. No mirow in the room, impossible to use hair dryer. No coffee facilities in the room.
location of the hotel, friendly staff, clean room and bathroom, wi-fi
room without window
not a lot
I woke up out of bed stood up and my nose nearly hit the bathroom door! Literally the smallest double bedroom I have ever stayed in-wont book again. Breakfast room and offer was also also very small and poor fayre on offer
Inexpensive. Room was clean. Staff were polite and friendly. Location convenient
Room was very small about seven foot square. Bathroom about the size of a wardrobe. Not even possible to sit square on the toilet as the handbasin came over the top of it. Blanket had harsh patches as if it had been melted, I guess in the tumble drier! Dining room only had two tables which each sat eight guests. People were standing to eat and tables weren't wiped over.
The receptionist was quite friendly (though not always at the "24h reception")
They had the smallest rooms I have ever seen. There was not even room to put our bags. The shower looked all fancy like in the pictures but barely worked. Also the bathroom was so small there was not even room for a towel rack on the wall. Furthermore, even though we informed the reception that we had to leave at 5am to catch our flight, nobody was at the so-called "24h reception" when we tried to check out.
My room was clean.
I could touch all 4 walls when lying down on my bed...tiny room is an understatement!
The hotel was very clean and comfortable with a good breakfast choice (continental) staff were very friendly and it's in a great location and my room was lovely . Cleaned with fresh towels both days I was there
Bathroom was a bit small , but very clean and serviceable . Wi-Fi a bit slow Noise from other rooms heard (Headphones/ earplugs recommended)
Thee room and ensuite were spotless. Friendly chap on desk on arrival. Position ideal especially for Cromwell Hospital.
A double bed pushed against a wall in a room clearly suitable only for single occupancy! Slanting floor meant a slanting bed. No wardrobe, only wall hooks!
Good location Good breakfast Clean Quiet
No wardrobe Very small room Broken shower, which was not properly fixed over four days of stay Tiny sink, one third of which is covered with the tap No lift with 60 steps to go with suitcases and no help from staff
We enjoyed the fact the hotel was only a 5 minute walk from Earl's Court tube station and the view from the room was lovely. The street was quiet and staff were informative and friendly. The bed was very comfortable with the memory form topper, and the air conditioner was definatley put to use and was fantastic!
There was a lot of noise throughout the night from other guests, sounding like they were checking in at 4am. The sound was very clear and loud it kept us awake. There was minimal toilet space, and was very uncomfortable. The bed was very comfortable but there was only one pillow each.
