Great breakfast, and the dining room is open 24h which is very suitable and comfortable if you need to work.
Some bathrooms could be too small.
Walls were paper thin. Rooms smelled. Rooms rattled with tube going over. Not enough room to even get out of bed in the morning. Room was right next to kitchen and we were woken up by cutlery being put out at 5am! Not a pleasant experience at all.
Good breakfast available, ample hot water for showers, very helpful staff. All nationalities welcomed by staff fluent in their own language. Very efficient sorting out any problems in room.
The stairs. Room was smaller than expected.
Well, I think that when anybody find a such cheap Hotel, and when you go through the photos all that it shows its the water tap, the door knob, or the wall itself, obviously it tells something, so in that sense I kind of expected What I found, a very small place, in the room you aren't provided even a glass or a mug, also, another such funny and cheap things witch isn't the first time that I see in a Hotel is that, to have access to the tv's remote control you must leave 10£ of warrent. Well it wasn't good at all, but I think it doesn't suppose be even in the AD
Room was actually converted garage/outbuilding accessed via leaving hotel through basement.
Size of room No window No Lift
Staff were friendly, Rooms were Clean and tastefully decorated shame the negatives way out number this.
Walls paper thin with no soundproofing. I stay in hotels weekly and this is worst I have encountered for soundproofing, think It may because of the wooden floors. Rooms Very Tiny and Toilet was almost impossible to use as there was no space for your legs unless you keep door open and sit Jim Royle Style! TV remote was an £10 deposit , not controls for Air Con, Breakfast too late for Business Users.
Excellent, friendly and helpful staff. Clean and tidy room.
Slightly cramped bathroom, no proper curtain on window.
Friendly staff Comfort
Room was a little small and bathroom tiny not much room at breakfast when everyone arrives at a similar time.
excellent location in a beautiful neighbourhood of Kensington close to the Tube station, shops, restaurants and cafes, clean, nice stuff - good quality for price
Rooms and bathroom is way to small and no descent curtains in front of window
A good variety and quantity of continental breakfast
Bad smell from blocked drains in en-suite Cold room through non-functioning radiator - air con option only Thin bedding No shampoo in shower Movement sensor controlled lights in corridors which were only triggered on reaching the bottom of the stairs!
the bathroom was much to small when sitting on the wc you had to sit sideways because of the sink this is not exceptable at all in a hotel paying that much money
Staff were very Helpful. Breakfast was fair.
Bed was Broken, Tiles in bathroom cracked. Curtain held up with drawing pins. Room smelt of damp. Bathroom Very small and Drains did not clear. A4 paper sign of hotel name nothing like the web Picture.
The location was good, the staff were so friendly, clean rooms, they got tidied daily
The rooms where small, The rooms had alot of damp in, the walls are thin, moldy bread at breakfast, no curtains, just a bit of fabric on the window, it doesn't stop people looking in. The windows do not have double glazing so it is very noisy at night. There was no tea making facilities in the room, no shower gel or anything provided, alot of things were broken in the room
room right next to kitchen and breakfast area so woken up at the crack of dawn by staff preparing breakfast and then residents coming in for breakfast. Shower broken and leaking, plug not working in sink, curtains were held on by drawing pins. When we complained barley got an apology
24 hour tea and coffee
Very dusty blanket Hair on sheets shower room to small Tap too big for sink...impossible to use sink for anything without water overflowing everywhere
The man on the desk was very helpful.
The staff at breakfast were very rude, when we arrived at the hotel we had to go downstairs to try and find someone to check us in, we found a workman and he said just leave your bags in the breakfast area.
Location was perfect (5 minutes walk from Victoria and Albert Museum, 10 from Hyde Park Corner...) The road is really nice and calm Staff kind
No closet in the rooms Rooms quite small Bathroom quite small (but clean)
Great location, only 15 min walk to the museums and 20 mins to Kensington High Street, very friendly helpful reception staff, value for money for central London and fairly clean and tidy.
Tiny room, especially for 3 people, no drink making facilities in the room, tiny breakfast room open 24 hours but located in the basement, we were top floor so long way to go for tea last thing at night or first thing in the morning especially with no elevator. No double glazing, paper thin walls and a see through blind, not much sleep had!! More like a Bed and breakfast than a hotel.
Room is very very small and the facility is poor. Staff …bad, totally bad
dirty, not looked after
The hotel was in good location close to Earls Court tube station. In the room the free Wifi and wide selection of TV channel (much more than in other hotels) made it easy to relax. Bed was comfortable and it was a fair price.
There were mice in the breakfast room and breakfast did not start until 07:30. Bathroom was extremely cramped and shower took about 2 minutes before temperature settled at warm (until then it is either too hot or very cold). There are broken lights in the stairwells which is a hazard.
1) Excellent location near to station, quiet street. 2) Large shower 3) Friendly staff
1) Very small rooms, a little claustrophobic. 2) Dodgy door bedroom. Was open twice when I returned to my room. 3) You have to pay a £10 deposit for tv remote!!! 4) Wifi not very fast. 5) No tea/coffee making facilities or iron. 6) No duvet, just a bedsheet with a weird old fleecy sheet over it. Felt a bit itchy in the morning. 7) No complimentary toiletries. 8) Paper thin walls. Could hear everything next door. Literally. 9) Wasn't a full double bed. More of a 3/4. 10) You have to pay £20 extra for visitors. I picked this part of London so I could hang out with my friend. Ended up having to go to a bar, which wasn't a big deal but I should be able to have a guest come hang out if I pay for a double room. To be fair, I wouldn't have wanted to hang out in my room was it was so small and claustrophobic but it's the principle.
