Clean and efficient. Staff were friendly, room was comfortable. I'm a light sleeper so it's good to have solid floors as opposed to some "budget" chains with creaky floors and wafer thin walls.

You can't get away from that road noise!

Location, beds and room. Staff excellent too.

Lack of plates, cups, glasses in dining area at breakfast. Paper cups for coffee - not really good enough! 5 minute wait for plates caused huge queue in dining area.

Right off m25 easy ride to gatwick/heathrow. Near dart ford train sta and st foot of qe2 bridge to Essex location is perfect. Great breakfast full meal. Baby cot was assembled in room when caked in great service 2 nd visit will be back

Can't come up with anything

I never return in an hotel where I was not satisfied. In a few months time i stayed 3 times in your hotel and the next munday I will be there again, so what else can I say. Thank you

Being harassed by chambermaids wanting to clean room. Getting down to breakfast at 10.30 cereals cleared away an a few scraps of scrambled egg was all that was left. The young man serving was far from charming. I did insist that sausages were cooked, which was done. More scrambled egg was laid on (although i did not request it) However, the Chef for some reason beyond me, and any logic had obviously put some hot sauce or white pepper in it and it was in edible. My partner has throat cancer and it caused him enormous discomfort. Thank god no children had eaten it! It could have been a great end to a lovely weekend. Sadly it wasn't. Also the lift was out of order and we were staying on the third floor, can't be helped though! I realise that.

The only issue I experienced was the cooked breakfast. There was only sausages, scrambled eggs and beans.

Friendly helpful staff, clean quiet room.

I would have liked to be able to have room service on at least one evening as I was very tired after the travelling. Also, as it was a work trip, free wifi in the rooms would have been a luxury - but maybe this is an unreasonable demand.

Perfect for stopover for early start from Ebbsfleet station (15 mins away) and very accessible from M25 with easy parking. Arrived late and found staff very welcoming and friendly. Room was standard travelodge but spotlessly clean, smart and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Tiny point: no sausages/bacon in breakfast buffet, but otherwise the buffet was very good.

Only one lift? Air con/heating directly over bed. Signposting coming from Dartford direction needs improving, we went under tunnel!

Booked a twin room and confirmed this the night before on the phone. On arrival there was no twin room but was given two double rooms which was ok. The problem was the next evening on arrival back to the hotel after our day out. My things had been taken out of my room and put in the other room along with a zed bed. I went to speak to the reception and asked why. Was told it was hotel policy and someone had phoned me to say that this was hapening. This certanly did not hapen, I received no phone call. And I felt as though my personal space had been invaded. After paying in full the night before and confirming our requirements the night before, to be told no one had processed this you will have to sleep on a zed bed. I did get to stay in the double room in the end but find it unacceptable that I had to argue for it due to a lapse in processingh my order.

Problems accessing it without accidentally going through the Dartford tunnel.

Everything was made very easy for us and the staff were helpful and friendly. Room and bathroom were clean
