Ideal location for visiting the midlands, facilities ok, nice breakfast, staff friendly Facilities whilst good the beds were really hard and we could feel the springs which resulted in us not having a good night sleep which resulted in us having back trouble the next day. Free Internet access is a con! as you had to pay to use it in your room and if you went into the reception areas downstairs there are no proper comfy chairs to lounge in and it is slow! Would have been much better if McDonalds was not so close as could not get a parking space for people parking up and going into McDonalds. Would recommend to people so long as they take into account the above bad points, I personally would not stay again due to the beds and only getting 1-2 hours sleep per night, not ideal if you already suffer from a bad back it makes it worse!!

Room very clean, location good as our purpose was to visit Worcester. Standard of breakfast excellent. A bit noisy as very close to motoway and when hotel due for refurb suggest triple glazing to cut out noise as double glazing only reduces noise. To be fair the noise dod not bother us and we were aware of the location to the motorway.

I had to leave early and would have missed the breakfast. The staff offered to open the buffet at 05:30 in the morning for me, I'm genuinely impressed. Very nice service indeed.

We chose this hotel due to its rating, not sure how they achieved this rating. The reception staff were less than friendly, the room was adequate, the bed was very small and uncomfortable, the air conditioning would only let the temperature go down to 19c, it was too noisy to have the window open and with all the glaring car park lights on all night we were unable to have the curtains open, which made the room feel very claustrophobic. When we asked for a lighter quilt for the bed we were told that they only use one type all year and to put the air con on. There is no wi-fi connection in the communal area,we spoke to several business people and they said it was hopeless and that the staff were not interested, you can of course pay for it! We had booked for 2 nights but could not cope with a 2nd and checked out early, we were not asked why, or if we had enjoyed our stay and in fact Ellis and Becky seemed to have better things to do than deal with mere customers.

Good location for onward travel to west country. Individual air con/heater in room which is quite noticeable at night.

Easy access, freedom to come and go, warm, comfortable, clean, good basic facilities, no frills,no fuss, good breakfast, unhurried atmosphere. I didn't look for things to dislike. Or expect more than was advertised. I just was happy to use the service provided.

Clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. Only one unhelpful member of staff, when I asked if there were more sausages and beans for breakfast as there was none left I was told "no!!" However, because other people asked and it was before end of service the food was then supplied.

Very clean handy location by motorway, and ample good quality breakfast. I asked for a double bed, as your advert of a standard room said I could choose between a twin and a double. I was given a twin room, as I arrived at 1am in the morning I complained next morning and was told I would have only got a donble room if one was avaliable. The receptionist siad your advertising of the rooms was misleading.

Enjoyed the Breakfast arrangements. Not much room in bedroom and only one chair but no room for a second anyway Thought the charge was high for two small dogs who were confined to a cage unless on their leads outside.

The Reception team at Holiday Inn Express Droitwich were brilliant - before the stay we had to contact them to add a dog to our room - they did this with no problems at all. When we got there they had 2 reservations for us from booking.com although we had only made one and they cancelled the second booking with no quibble but asked us to contact booking.com to remove their commission charges. They enabled us to take breakfast in our room so the dog wasn't left unaccompanied.
