Holiday Inn Express Earls Court  

Reception staff very nice. I paid nearly £600 for two rooms with single occupancy with breakfast. I thought that this was very overpriced once I got to the hotel and saw the facilities.

The breakfast was a joke!! Arrived for breakfast at 9.30 am to find a 1/4 tray of scrambled eggs which had been sitting there for I don't know how long and a tray with about 5 sausages in it and that was it on the hot buffet breakfast menu!! I asked the staff if they planned on replenishing the hot breakfast choices to which I got a no! The coffee out of the machine was horrible and the rolls and croissants where also stale! If you are going to offer breakfast - do it properly, this is not the standard that I associate with the Brand "Holiday Inn" no matter how express! Didn't even bother turning up for breakfast on the second morning of our stay. Shame on you!

Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Very clean. Excellent shower. Tea facility. Not much to dislike

No bacon with the breakfast . Nothing else

On the day I arrived the staff told me that we have rooms 410 and 415 our friends who arrive late recon that they have been given room 121 instead of 410 because the staff decided with out notify us about the change

Accommodation was very clean and new. The staff were very efficient and friendly. Very good breakfast.

Great hotel close to london's west end attractions(a few tube stops).Clean,warm and staff friendly. Great value,good breakfast...suited our,me and my son's requirements to a tee!! Will be back there again when visiting the capital.

Nothing to find fault with???!!!....oh yea,no real ale in the limited 'bar'.

The Hotel was spotless, the food was beautiful, lovely comfy beds and staff very helpful, would definitely stay again and recommend. A++++++

Further away from the museums than the website made out!

This is the 2nd holiday inn express we have stayed in the other been belfast and we found this one (in London) a bit better we would stay here again all the staff were nice and friendly

Everything was ok

I find it a very clean hotel, very friendly staff, nice breakfast and I totaly recommend it to anyone who want to travel to London for business or for leisure.

- quite cold in winter (5 to 10 degree outside) - aircondition is not enough - can not eat sousage, omelet and bean every morning - free wifi only in lobby

A Wonderful place to stay very clean and the staff are very helpful and efficient.

The room was cold and the heater was above the door so we couldn't really feel it.

Location convenient. Staff helpful and friendly. Easy access to tube and bus stations.

The ease of checking in and out. The beds were very comfortable.

Not a dislike exactly. However I tried to order a dark rum & coke from the bar in the evening. The young girl stared at me blankly and said she didn't know what rum was.I then asked for a captain Morgans,she still didn't understand!! Thankfully there was an older man in the reception area who knew what I actually meant and went to fetch a bottle.

Breakfast was a bit chaotic, with a big queue and lots of things running out, probably because we were there at peak time, but hard for the limited number of staff to keep up with demand Would have been useful if staff had known that nearby tube station was closed and could have put up a notice

Centrilised heating system...might be a little chilly in the room and there's nothing you can do about it.

Close to Stamford Bridge and District Line. Everything needed can be expected around the hotel.

The staff was friendly but it felt like they were machines. It was like they were programmed exactly what to say.

Friendly,helpful staff. Spacious rooms and a filling breakfast that kept us going all day.

The walk to the tube station in the middle of winter was not pleasant but can't really blame Holiday Inn for that!
