Thought the double glazing was fantastic - couldnt hear a thing from outside which was very impressive. Breakfast was superb, staff were very efficient, and the cost of parking for a day was exceptional. Well done to all! |

Other than breakfast, it was a very enjoyable stay. The Breakfast was a bit of a nightmare not enough tables and lack of cutulry, although the staff were trying to keep up with it. Not sure why the bar shuts at 11.00 for residents ? |

The hotel is located good for our need, we wanted both London centrum and Earls Court/Hammersmith. Its in walking distance from Tube and has a fair price. The family room was smaller then expected. The reservation wasn't matched when we arrived, but the reception fixed it even if it took some trying. After the recension I expected a better breakfast, it wasn't really bad for continental, but I would have liked at least cooked eggs (being Easter) and something to put on the rolls. Plus a bit of fresh vegetables. |

Very convenient if coming into London by car. Hotel has relatively cheap parking and location is not too far from sights of South Kensington. Hotel is good value by London standards and breakfast included as standard. North End Road is a bit of a dive but at this price can't really complain about location |

This was a typical chain hotel with nothing extra. just a bed and breakfast with the branded logo!!! The staff were all foreign and did not even know where and how to get to local attractions which were within half an hours walk of the hotel!!. Not good customer service when the majority of the guests were from the USA and France. |

Nice rooms, lovely clean & modern bathroom, helpful staff. The breakfast buffet could have been bigger and better equipped. |

I liked the room, was quite comfortable. I didnt appreciate the fact that the lifts didnt work and we were staying on the fourth floor, also that the fire alarm went off four times in which we had to be evacuated from our room and made to wait in the freezing cold for an hour without any apologies or information. I felt that the situation could have been handled a lot better and am bitterly disappointed. |

Night porters were very helpful and friendly. The headboard on the bed seemed to make a continous creaking sound throughout the night which did not make for a quiet night's sleep. The daily parking rate is advertised as £12 on your website, but upon checking out we were advised that it was £15 and had been since April 2008. I would suggest that you update your website to reflect this. However Holiday Inn Express did honour the original quote. |

The beds were very comfy and the shower was great! Not enough pillows but more available from reception. Some of the other guests were a bit noisy but nothing too bad |

It was close to Earls court exhibition centre, only a few minutes walk. The hotel was very clean and new. Although the windows have two double glazed units for sound proofing, unfortunatley this was made completley pointless as a ventilation fan was cut through the external wall which let in all of the outside road noise. |

I booked the hotel because it was a safe choice, in the right location and had car parking on site. All of which were upto expectations |

Car parking outside Congestion Zone all day Having specified 'no smoking' on the Booking Form (which I thought was the only choice in the uk?) found I had been allocated a 'smoking' Room which was absolutely disgusting and actually spoilt my night's sleep; the Hotel advised that at 100% occupancy it could not change my room. So, what was the point in specifying No-Smoking on the Booking Form????? |

Posizione per me favorevole in quanto vicino a casa di amici e parenti, confort delle stanze (silenziosità). mancata pulizia il giorno 25/12 (Natale, forse giustificabile) |
