Holiday Inn Express Earls Court  

Recently refurbished, the rooms were clean and stylish. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food available. All public areas of hotel are attractive and in excellent condition.

Only negative is that the hotel car-park is out of commission until July 2012. There are secure, underground parking facilities within a 4 minute walk. Tariff £20 for 24 hours.

Good location although not really earls court staff very helpful and overall a good hotel for the cost

Would loved to have able to open window to get some fresh air into room and maybe more variety at breakfast ie bacon. Wasnt happy with hotel taking money before we arrived putting us into overdraft.

The location was so convenient. The staff(mostly the females!) were delightful, especially Tina. Absolutely nothing was a problem and always greeted with a delightful friendly manner. Breakfast was a bonus with great selection.

Just some confusion wanting to know the closest tube/train station because we aren't familiar with the area. Booking.com emailed The Holiday Inn Express and the reply was that Earls Court was the closest tube station so we had alot of walking and alot of confusion until we finally arrived!

Our room was a decent size (for London), bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and modern. Breakfast was decent without being outstanding - but the buffet allowed you to have as little or as much as you wanted. Located 6/7 minute walk from the West Brompton tube station. There was a lack of room-service when we checked in after midnight, but the night porter was able to help us order pizza directly to our room (needs must!).

The Holiday Inn is currently being renovated, but we experienced no disturbances during our stay (we were out most of the time, naturally).

Everything was very good for a budget hotel and more than adequate.

The breakfast buffet bar was not easy to access with trays or even plates. There could have been a greater selection of items to choose from e.g grapefruit and prunes ( there were only orange segments) and bacon and mushrooms would have been nice in addition to the sausage, beans and scrambled eggs. This is not a complaint. The quality and quantity was good and in fairness the breakfast was described differently on various websites as " Continental " or "Buffet with hot items." A genuine offer of an English breakfast would add appeal to the hotel

Distance to tube station, 10-15 min walk

It was quiet, comfortable, easy to access from the m/a4 and near a tube station. There was parking just behind the hotel with a back door, which made it really easy to empty the car of luggage.

The breakfast was very busy, with not really enough space for the numbers of people staying in the hotel.

Very clean. Exceptionally courteous staff.

Breakfast was a disaster, somewhat akin to a jumble sale: elbows in, grab what you can - not my style. Manners, which cost nothing, in very short supply. If you want any breakfast; get there early!

Ideally located for Queens club. Clean and comfortable. Good value by London standards.

The hotel is clean and quiet.

It is not too near to the train station, however there is a bus stop near the hotel.
