Goed onderhouden hotel, vriendelijk personeel,mooie kamers zeker in het nieuwe blok. Goede wifi verbinding in de lounge. Goede bus/ondergrondse verbinding naar centrum O.A. bushalte lijn 74 naar Knightsbridge om de hoek.Tubestation West Kensington op 600 meter afstand. Goed ontbijt.

Vriendelijk personeel, schone kamer, schoon sanitair.

Het hotel en de kamers waren heel proper. Goede verbinding met het centrum van London.

Er was geen spiegel bij de stopcontacten en geen stopcontact bij de spiegel. Er waren niet echt kasten voorzien om je kleren weg te bergen. Je hoort wel af en toe geluiden vanuit de andere kamers als iemand een douche neemt of luidop lacht.

Clean, convenient for Tube and Queens Tennis. Friendly helpful staff.

Hotel was fantastic. Friendly staff, very helpful and always willing to assist. Breakfast was great - top quality! Looked after our bags on day of checkout while we explored London. Definitely worth a stay

≫ very big double bed room > friendly staff > ok english breakfast, cereals, jucies and they had fresh fruit ;) (don't expect something too fancy and you should find something to eat) > very clean and quiet > elevator > good connection to the city with tube and bus > you could switch off or control the air conditioning > business center and vending machine in the lobby > grocery stores and restaurants are nearby > the room looked almost like the photographs on the website

≫ there is no socket near a mirror for curling iron etc. (there is just one for shavers) I had to become a little creative to work that > I'm 1,65m and for me the double bed was ok, but if you are much taller it could be a bit short

Not great choice at breakfast - only sausages and scrambled eggs when I had breakfast so not 'hearty' as per description.

Reception staff very nice. I paid nearly £600 for two rooms with single occupancy with breakfast. I thought that this was very overpriced once I got to the hotel and saw the facilities.

The breakfast was a joke!! Arrived for breakfast at 9.30 am to find a 1/4 tray of scrambled eggs which had been sitting there for I don't know how long and a tray with about 5 sausages in it and that was it on the hot buffet breakfast menu!! I asked the staff if they planned on replenishing the hot breakfast choices to which I got a no! The coffee out of the machine was horrible and the rolls and croissants where also stale! If you are going to offer breakfast - do it properly, this is not the standard that I associate with the Brand "Holiday Inn" no matter how express! Didn't even bother turning up for breakfast on the second morning of our stay. Shame on you!

On the day I arrived the staff told me that we have rooms 410 and 415 our friends who arrive late recon that they have been given room 121 instead of 410 because the staff decided with out notify us about the change

Accommodation was very clean and new. The staff were very efficient and friendly. Very good breakfast.

Great hotel close to london's west end attractions(a few tube stops).Clean,warm and staff friendly. Great value,good breakfast...suited our,me and my son's requirements to a tee!! Will be back there again when visiting the capital.

The Hotel was spotless, the food was beautiful, lovely comfy beds and staff very helpful, would definitely stay again and recommend. A++++++
