Handy to the bus stop to get into the city. So could just park the car for the duration we stayed. Staff helpful with local information.

Easy access to and from motorway. Good sized rooms. Total non smoking hotel.

Rooms in need of regular inspection re items not working or in need of repair. Breakfast boreing, same thing every day. For someone staying more than one night variety is required. Coaches arriving early in a morning to collect guests should not be allowed to park diectly outside of bedrooms with loud engines running.

Sign in the bathroom stated to ask reception if you had forgotten anything, Asked for toothpaste as I had forgotten mine but told none available.

Spacious, comfortable rooms. Good, generous breakfast. Ideally located for motorway transportation. Very friendly and helpful staff. All in all, an efficient, comfortable and friendly hotel

Wi-fi in room was very patchy. Hotel surroundings can hardly be described as 'scenic'

We liked the fact u could order food at reception Smoking room is definatly a plus Location was good near main roads but still secure and safe.

Was kept awake all night by the people on our floor....doors banging, shouting, fire alarm being set off at 3oclock in the morning. This went on throughtout the night whick kept us awake a long time during the night. Breakfast was nice just expected a bit more variety when it came to the cooked part.

Helpful staff who worked hard, good sized room, clean, good large bathroom.

Breakfast could be improved, there was no fruit, no bacon, disgusting cheap sausages!

Room was smoking, requested non-smoking, other guests also complained No restaurant for evening meal which was a huge inconvenience as I was alone with my young daughter and we are not familiar with the area, had I known I would definitely not have booked this hotel

The fact that the friend who I had booked a twin room to share with could not come. Much as I like her I would not have wanted to share a double bed with her! The fact that in the event my husband was invited to stay with friends in Manchester and thereby did not have to need to use the hotel and have his asthma triggered by the rank air of the smokers room!!

Being allocated a double smoking room instead of the twin non-smoking room I had booked. Being disturbed by phone at the event I was attending and asked to move to an inconvenient hotel some miles away. Not receiving any kind of apology for the downgraded room.

All good - nice greeting on arrival from reception, clean and comfy room. Nice breakfast, good to have something cooked when you have a long day ahead - thank you all :-)

Parking, limited spaces available and quiet tight to park.

I have used this hotel several times already this year as it is very close to my Companies Head Office, i don't drive and it takes someone 10 mins to pick me up which is ideal - the staff are always very friendly and when pre-booking value for money is excellent

The staff. Every member of staff that I had interaction with was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Parking was tight and parts of the car park flooded. The chairs provided in the room were not very comfortable, but this now seems normal. The showerstall design led to water leaking over the floor.

The price and the staff.

The breakfast was barely edible? There were no real fruit juices either?

The bedrooms and public areas were of a high standard with regard to decor and comfort. The staff courteous and helpful.

The lack of proper eating facilities. The take away meal that we ordered on the Saturday night, when no food was served from the kitchen was very poor and only lukewarm. The breakfast very poor..lukewarm sausages and egg. I would recommend you to other people with a warning about the food.

Price was so cheap, £35 a night for two people... Warm room... Spare sofa bed which came in handy as I had a bad back so my partner slept comfortably, separately.. Staff very friendly and helpful in general... Free coffee all day... Eating area available to have our own food.... Quiet even though it was near a main busy road

Unmanned desk often, no bell to call for service so we waited a lot for reception... Only showers, not baths... Breakfast beans, sausages and scrambled egg and this was cold....noisy guests at night but not the hotels fault and it only lasted a few minutes

Good size room, spottlessly clean, excellent value for money, not far from motorway exit.

Difficult to find, as entrance not on main road, poorly sign posted.

Great value for money. Hotel room was of a very good standard and comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and modern.

The breakfast bar only had sausage, scrambled egg and beans. I was expecting a full English breakfast. The food tasted ok though.

Evening meal menu limited, however hotel will order take away for you, which you can eat in your room or restaurant.

Staff were very polite Rooms are always very clean Although not a great choice from the hotel menu I like the fact that they will order from a take-a-way menu for you and you can eat it within the hotel

Good location for visiting friends and family,and also comfortable for relaxation.

If you are new to the area, it is hard to find the way in to the front of the Hotel.

the room was fine

The telephone in the room was not working and the television remote was missing. Was told that they could do nothing about the telephone and would bring a new remote. We didn't get a new remote.Just as we were dropping off to sleep the fire alarm went off just for a few seconds but enough to wake everyone. This was obviously a mistake.
