Ok location and always friendly staff

The wifi connection restrictions- 6h during one day in the Great area it and never worked on the phone- were strange

Always a good breakfast.

Drinks very expensive.

Very comfortable,good breakfast.we needed to be near my daughter in heading levy

fire alarm going of at 05.30 , not the best wakeup call ive ever had , apart from that everything was fine.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating and the rooms were confortable, just what we needed for our short stay.As breakfast was also included it was very good value for money.

It was difficult to drive into and currently theres a lot of construction going on.

One word to sum up our stay would be horrendous, very very disapointed. The double bed was situated right next to a heating fan, no radiators in the room, just this blowing fan in your face all night. We at times were struggling to breathe very very stuffy, decided to turn the appilance off, it turned very cold and baby was freezing, we all ended up full of cold and baby coughed and sneezed all night, he had to be wrapped in towels to keep him warm, so we decided to turn fan heater on again and got no sleep at all. Would not recomend this leeds city center hotel to anyone. Have stayed at holiday inn in newcastle in dec 2011 and it was nice, thats why we decided to go for holiday inn again, but we were very dissapointed and it ruined our weekend.

Holiday Inn was nice to stay at however there was two alarms went of which disrupted our sleep and we had a journey to complete. The breakfast was nice and the shower was amazing. The bed was comfortable. I couldn't work the tv and there channels were basic. It would have been nice to have a variation of channels like music etc. I liked the location of the Hotel and it was a nice place to stay.

As mentioned above the two alarms that disrupted out sleep and when I called the reception on the second alarm they were not helpful and didn't give us any explanation and there was no apology when we left the hotel or anything. I understand that it wasn't the hotels fault however I would have liked them to be more understanding.

Good location, not too far from train station. Walking takes 20 mins, but there are buses from the station to hotel. Only will take less then 5 mins. Clean room, good breakfast. Bed is is not soft but is quite comfortable.

Tv in the room very old. Not many choice of channels. Shower in our room not very powerful, and is bit broken. The water is not very hot, it was just warm. Toilet is hard to flush. Compare with some other holiday inn express hotels , this one is quite old. But the price is good.

The breakfast, parking and accessibility to city centre. The staff and the service.

I thought the staff were all very friendly, polite and helpful. The continental breakfast was much more varied than I was expecting and very good value.

I have no complaints. It would have been nice if the tea and coffee making facilities had been replenished/replace while we were out. The room was a bit cold when we arrived because the aircon was on but we managed to sort that out.
