Staff really helpful, said I could leave my car in car park while at a meeting and after checkout. Good wifi and really hot water in large shower.
Bed was unforgiving and I like firm mattress.
The staff were very friendly. Comfortable beds
Wifi cut off during stay
Very welcoming and helpful staff. Room was an adequate size, clean and comfortable. Staff were flexible about parking after I had checked out. Breakfast had lots of variety and it was good value for money.
Location, staff was helpful and breakfast was good
TV was playing up and the time we had to check out
The friendly welcome we received on arrival. The nice clean room with all that we wanted in it. A quiet environment which gave us a good nights sleep, and a great self- service breakfast.
Room was warm and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely.
Bed was a bit springy and soft and duvet was only just wide enough to fit over us both.
Good location good breakfast
Bed to soft
The room was clean, comfortable and nice and the staff friendly.
The Wifi service was not particularly good. Intermittent.
The attentiveness of staff.
I did not understand the concept of free wi-fi. because you need to enter the password on daily basis. This was really strange. Secondly, we stayed for 9 nights, and the menu for breakfast remained the same for all those days, ???
Space inside the room/bathroom Breakfast
Taste of thesausages served during breakfast
Clean & comfortable.
Some noisy guests not respecting others privacy . Should may put some signs up ? Didn't have bacon for breakfast !!!
Great location near but not in town. Staff very helpful when we forgot some essentials! Very quiet room.
Bed a bit lumpy. Other than that great stay.
I paid £55 for one night in a double room which included a sofa bed - and it was valentine's! The room was spacious, clean & with a great view of the stadium. Amazing
The staff had tried charging us a fine of £150 because they thought we had smoked in the room when we didn't!! But as it was refunded, I'm not complaining.
Everything was very straightforward
Charge 50 extra even though we already paid full price!!!
Room size was great and friendly staff.
Breakfast needed attention. Sausages were cheap, scrambled egg wasn't very nice, cereal tasted old.
Firstly the staff are very rude ! And barely speak or understand english ! The room had what it seemed like disgusting human bodily fluid patches all over out sofa bed and chair! The carpet had various stains all over the room too. The bathroom however was spotless . Our hallway stunk very strongly of body odor for some reason and when we asked them to sort the smell out they sprayed a little air freshener which didnt do the job ... This place defiantly needs new cleaners and new receptionist
The uncleanliness and rude staff !!
Air con a bit noisy
That the staff relocated me to another room, after seeking my position to pack up my belongings, and move me whilst I was away from the hotel. They kept me informed by telephone as I was on a course and could not return to the hotel before 17:00 hours. All of my belongings were neatly placed and laid out as they had been in the original room.
On booking I asked for a high floor quiet room, as I have trouble sleeping and a medical condition that causes complications if I do not sleep effectively. On arrival I had been allocated a first floor room (119), over the bins and court yard. This meant I had all the sounds from bottles and rubbish being discarded, staff taking there cigarette and drink breaks, noise from the above floors and staff starting the early shift at 05:30 hours. As a consequence I had a dreadful night, with very little sleep, and certainly no deep sleep. The next day I was completely shattered and emotionally very low. I did not feel the offer of a drink was enough to compensate me for my miserable night, migraine and the affect it had on my participation on a medical course I was attending at LRI.
Location for our needs ( football match ) couldn't be better, all staff on arrival very friendly & helpful, facilities ,bar & breakfast area very high standard .
Although our room had everything we could possibly need for our stay, the most important part let it down The bed, although soft was extremely springy, any slight movement woke the other person, quilt very high TOG sweated with it froze without it, heating noisy. Therefore NO sleep !!!
Good location, decent size room
Bed was very bouncy but the dislike was down to personal choice.
ideal for my stay to watch the famous CRYSTAL PALACE v Leicester city
no bacon for breakfast!
Kind and helpful reception staff, always smiling.
No problems at all.
No plug socket by the bed
It was right opposite the venue for my meeting. Staff were friendly & efficient. Everywhere was clean and the room had everything I needed. Great value for money too.
Breakfast....but you can't have everything! :-)
