The location was ideal for the O2 only about 20 minutes away. Very close to docklands light railway so made it easy to get into the city too.

Very convenient to conference venue. Comfortable room, spotless bathroom. Overpriced compared with hotels with simlilar facilities in Central London. Reducing price by about £15 would seem about right.

Staff are always very helpful and pleasant. They respond promptly to requests or issues. We were offered refreshments while waiting to book into our room - the computer system was in a shift change-over at the time. The receptionist who looked after us was very good. The coffee! We realise that at breakfast one of the machines was not working but poor coffee has been a feature of our frequent stays. It is usually weak and bears little resemblance to what we would like to drink at breakfast time (or any other time). While not being a great fan of instant coffee, it might be a better plan to offer Nescafe sachets or invest in a percolator system.

I booked myself, my sister, my niece and her boyfriend here because it was a comfortable and easy alternative to us all staying at my small flat nearby after a concert that I'd sung in and production managed in the West End that evening. It was also good value as I'd booked online in advance. What was even more special (and convenient) was all of us meeting for breakfast with no fuss or mess in my own tiny kitchen. Fabulous. The view of the direct neighbours is hardly picturesque - a cement works one way, an industrial estate another - but who cares when the rooms and facilities are so confortable? Just don't look down. But as we had rooms on the upper floors - 3rd and 4th - we had stunning vistas of the London skyline. The winter sunrise over the glittering towers of Canary Wharf was strangely magical. Other rooms would either have views across the Thames or towards the historic spires and iconic towers of the City of London.

My room was nice and comfortable. It had a good size, a comfortable bed, a small sofa and a desk. The shower worked well. The reception staff was also very friendly and helpul. Check-in and out was fast and easy. The location is convenient if you would like to go to the O2 arena or to the London docklands area. It may also be convenient for people who travel by car. It is not that suitable for a weekend stay and sightseeing. I stayed at the hotel to be close to the O2 arena, otherwise I would have not chosen this hotel. Limehouse station is in a somewhat dodgy looking area, there is not much around. However, it is only a short walk from the station to the hotel. The breakfast was ok but choice was quite limited by the time I had breakfast (around 10 on a Sunday morning).

Have stayed before and it is good for the price - easy access by car and parking. Some good restaurants within walking distance. Don't book a taxi through reception - the drivers do not know the most basic landmarks in London and take you out of the way at much higher prices. Just go onto the main road outside and get a London cab for better value. There are usually plenty about.

The room is relatively large; the staff at the reception is quite nice and helpful;the hotel is located some 5-10 minutes away from the subway/overground station; the equipment/furniture/showers are mordern and nicely The hotel does not live up to its name. The walls in the room were dirty. Apart from the staff in the reception, the staff is rude and underqualified. During our stay we had to complain that one bed was not made up (it was in a mess as we left it), although the other one was put in order. The breakfast is relatively good, although worse than in the other hotels of similar quality. One could feel that customers are obstacles for the waiters: they were rude, taking unfinished food right from your nose without asking; blocking your way to get food, etc.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was spotlessly clean & the service was excellent. We asked for extra pillows and they were delivered immediately. The breakfast was good we were expecting just continental but was surprised a full English was also available. The location was near Shoreditch where we were attending a party. We would defininately visit again!! We found the bar wasn't that well stocked, they had run out of vodka, but found another bottle later! The drinks were quite heavily priced but I suppose you have to expect that. The lounge area could have been a little more comfortable. The snack machine was expensive: £1.00 for a kitkat!

Its obvious that they've spent the money on the rooms and not the other aspects of the hotel, which is what you want when you're paying a cheaper price. Its proximity to the city is excellent for this price.
