Good location, easy to travel into central london, docklands or the tower of london either by bus or docklands light railway. Nowhere to eat in the evening in the immediate area. We had a quiet room at the back but expect it would be very noisy at the front being on a main road by the entrance to the limehouse link tunnel. |

Convenience for central London. Reception staff particularly helpful. Great breakfast choices. Not enough tea-bags in room- only two! However, soon put right on request. |

Clean and close to metro station They offer you expensive wifi. You buy it but the sign is very weak and you can't connect, them you loose money. If you use their computer you can't connect pendrive. They don't provide fridge in the room. |

The facilities are minimal. The staff however were really very good, polite and helpful. The hotel is very well located for The 02, Greenwich and of course Central London Lack of facilities for even a sandwich. Take aways were available for delivery to the hotel but sometimes a sandwich is all one wants. |

Holiday Inn standard and you can expect that you get very nice facility at here. I love the room. Staffs are also happy to provide information to access london central city. Continental breakfast is very very nice and you will get very good and delicious at this hotel. Internet is expensive. |

The reception and breakfast room staff were excellent, and were courteous and helpful at all times. It needs some signposting from Limehouse DLR station - especially for those dragging luggage behind them! |

The staff were excellent and the facilities were exactly what we expected. I did not care for the location of the hotel. We were two women traveling alone and did not feel safe arriving back at the hotel after dark by public transportation which certainly impact any decision to stay there again based on traveling companions. |

The city of london were easy to reach by bus or docklands railway. The surrounding area is exhausting ( it smells bad and is noisy) but it is clear it îs not a land hotel it is London. I do accept it is okay. |

Close proximity to venue we were attending - this is the only reason we booked this hotel. Self-serve breakfast was quite good. There were no spare pillows and only two teabags were provided - apart from that, it was clean, comfortable and perfectly adequate for our purposes (we went to a gig at The Troxy, just around the corner). |

The continental breakfast was superb! Excellent value for money. The location is a tad far from London itself. You need to take several tubes before you reach the city. |

The staff are friendly. Quiet, neat and tidy The beds are too soft. Our backs started to arch after sleeping the second night. The neighbourhood is not particularly safe at night (they are ok in the morning) and although the hotel is closed to dlr station, it needs to change a couple of times in order to get to any tourist attractions in central London. Air conditioning is available in the rooms but no matter how you adjust the switches, the room temperature always stay at 26c and the windows are not openable from inside. We stayed in the hotel when there was a heat wave and temperature was as high as 33c. |
