Czysty pokój, reszta hotelu zresztą też. Dobrej jakości łazienka. Często mi się zdarza check-in przed oficjalną godziną checkinu (tutaj 14.00) i na kilkadziesiąt przypadków nigdy nie było problemu z otrzymaniem pokoju o godz 13.00, 12.00, a nawet jedenastej. Tutaj był i kazano nam czekać do 14.00. Niby zgodnie z zasadami, ale jak dla mnie świadczy to o tym że chyba zwolnili połowę pokojówek bo tną koszty. Dobry dojazd do centrum, kiepski do o2 arena - niby blisko, a jedyną opcją okazała się taksówka, bo linię Jubilee Line wiecznie remontują. Okolica mało ciekawa, ale hotel w rozsądnej cenie oferujący przyzwoity standard. |

We liked the clean, modern room and facilitites. Nice duvets. Many hotels in London (E.G. Bayswater) in the same price range are very poorly decorated. We also liked the proximity to dlr - getting into Central London was no problem at all. Breakfast was also above standard and the staff were very helpful and helped me print out boarding passes. The taxi company that the hotel uses. When the driver of our taxi realized that he'd mistaken us for another costumer he asked us to get out of the taxi and went back to the hotel to look for his "real" costumers. We were literally thrown out and had to flag a taxi by ourselves - unbelievable. He couldn't explain why he couldn't just call another taxi for the others, he just left us. Don't bother with that taxi company, call the black taxis!! |

The continental breakfast is very balanced. The staff also did quite a lot to help us find where we were going and helped us book a city tour. They were also courteous about our check out time since we had a late flight out. |

Easy access to DLR station. Clean modern design No smoking area, you had to stand outside the front door in order to have a cigarrette. The breakfast was quite minimal. The 24 hour bar was not 24hrs and I had to ask 3 times for an extra pillow. The neighbourhood wouldnt be the nicest either |

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was of a very good standard. The rail links were only a five minute walk away. There was no where to eat late in th evening. |

The rooms we booked served their purpose perfectly. The breakfast was good and served until 11am which was very handy as other hotels usually stop serving breakfast at 9am-ish. The receptionist we saw when we checked in wasn't as friendly as the others we saw- he didn't explain things properly and it was as if he expected us to know what to do, especially with regards to parking- I had to enquire what to do as he did not offer any information whatsoever. |

good ensuite shower-room facilities, room booking included complimentary breakfast with wide choice of cereals,fruit and beverages our room was on the top floor but the lifts were good so we had less noise, with an interupted view of the thames and looking east to the skyline of Canary Wharf. Well situated about 200 m. from Limehouse DLR station. TV channels -a bit limited with loss of Sky News after about 10.00 am. At night it was a little bit noisey due possibly to the heating/cooling system. Breakfast was available from 07.30_11.00 at weekends but we were not told that it finished at 10.00 am. during the week but even though we arrived at 10.05, the reception staff kindly brought us a basic selection of foodstuffs. |

We wanted to be as close to the downtown area as possible, and have transportation by tube into london, and it fit the bill. We found our room double bed and couch) to be quite adequate. The room and bath was clean, the staff was terrific. I would stay there again. The only thing and it was humerous to us, was that the TV had a mind of its own.
