This weekend was a family re-union with family from Hampshire Olney, Wolverton and us from Devon. The hotel Reception area was ideal for us all to meet up and have a drink and chat before going out for evening meal and coming back for coffee before we all said our goodbyes. The room was clean and the bed so comfortable it was hard to get out of in the morning. Breakfast was very well laid out and catered for every taste. Not far from the central shopping mall and walks around the lake. The Harvester next door was ideal for lunch or evening meal. We will certainly be using it again for our next re-union.

Soon as we arrived we were greeted by very friendly staff and that continued all of our stay, the place is very clean and tidy stylish and accommodating… I would definitely recommend and definitely stay again.

Clean, friendly staff close to Woburn where we spent the weekend visiting the Abbey and Safari Park, Bar, good breakfast. Air con was noisy but needed on because it was cold and only form of heating, pillows not very comfy even tho I chose the soft ones, and the Harvester we had to use for our evening meal was very busy and had a long wait for a table.

Easy access from motorway and just perfect for the brief overnight stop we needed. Helpful friendly communication in advance (regarding dietary request) and overall a very pleasant short stay. Will definitely stay here again.

When I got to my car in the morning someone had put food on the boot, now this isn't much of an issue for Holiday Inn as I suspect that it was someone from the Harvester on the other side but i felt that you should be made aware of what happened.

childeren were running everywhere and grownups shouting outside their rooms . Breakfast was a disarster , there was no food out , toast machines burnt the toast. Towels are far to small.

Easy to find from m1. Good location for a shopping trip in the Milton Keynes Centre. Hotel clean, well presented. Rooms very clean with all you need for a short or long stay. Staff very efficient, friendly & polite. Would stay here again. Minor things - Room, although it had a wall light & a couple of side table lights, was very dark, as there was no central light. Had to queue up for quite a bit for breakfast, & getting a seat with a clean table was a struggle, but it was busy while we were there (Easter Weekend) so can be forgiven! Needs a few more signs to direct guests to reception from rooms.

The room was nice and clean, the hotel has a 24hr bar and a good buffet breakfast which was included in the price. There are vending machines which have sandwiches and drinks, and the staff are at the desk 24hrs to help you. Our room no. 324 the heater didnt work and they had to send up a portable heater which made quite a noise, switching on and off. The heating is the same machine as which the aircon used so throughout the night all we could hear was running water through the machine which kept me awake all night.

Friendly staff helpfully we kept rm till 2pm as son had an interview from 11am till13.30 Only let down was the breakfast scrambled eggs not cooked properly would of been nice to have bacon and fried eggs Air con was leaking down the wall by 1 of the beds we found this in the morning

We have used this hotel on a few occasions in the recent past,and been fairly happy with our stay each time.Our only cause for complaint on each occasion has been with the breakfast service which was poor each time.This time the service was excellent.Everything was well organised, plenty of plates, cups and cutlery which had been missing before were available this time .Well done to all the staff.Very friendly and helpful.
