Room size is small

The room was very clean and nicely laid out. The bed was absolutely huge with a range of pillows labelled to show if they were soft or firm, which was a nice touch. The air con was easily adjustable and the shower/toilet was bright and clean. Breakfast in the morning was excellent, with a wide range of hot and cold items - from sausages and scrambled eggs to croissants, fruit, cereal and juice. The hotel is also situated next to a Harvester restaurant, although we didn't eat there. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

The location is a bit far out and the hotel is a little tricky to find (especially late at night) as it's on a business estate - you definitely need a car and a sat nav! The shower wasn't very powerful.

The menu for dinner looked good but the area where you would dine doubled up as breakfast area and really had not atmosphere, so went to the nearby Harvester.

Excellent service, very comfortable room, a very good nights sleep!

Huge beds, clean room and good staff

Worst breakfast selection ever. Noisy corridor, fire alarm going off in the morning and shower flooded bathroom floor.

Everything was excellent, room clean, bed comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful, good location, tasty breakfast. We enjoy stay and we will definitely back here :) I can strongly recommend this hotel for everyone :)

Everything from the warm-welcoming reception to the marked pillows. Amazing experience, I'd expect such service to cost three times as much!

The location is somewhat awkward, but that's typical with Milton Keynes planning

Comfortable room, quiet location but near MK centre. Proximity to M1 providing fast easy access to wherever you want to go.

At breakfast the brown bread was more popular yet one morning not enough had been ordered so it ran out - no big deal, just surprising

We,me my daughter & my grandson, liked conveniance from the M1, as my other daughter lives just down the V11,the bed & sofa bed were very comfy & the breakfast inc in the price was lovely! Definate value for money & we will stay again as we visit my daughter on a regular basis! Thank you! Also when calling to querie the sofa bed in the room the gentleman I spoke to was helpful & polite, then when I called again as the end price on the booking confirmation wasn't clear the young lady was the same, fabulos service all in all!!

The combined A/C-Heater would not produce any heat, even at the highest setting of 25C. Altho' it was late May, the room was cold. It was a pity because everything else was good.

Spacious lounge/bar area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast more than adequate.

We had a King bed which was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very good although the seating area wasn't really sufficient for the number of guests staying at the hotel.

Free wifi was only available in the lobby area and was limited to six hours. In spite of this, the speed was exceptionally slow.

Room 109 was very noisey at night with guests walking past, not the hotels fault though.

No real draft ale.

This was the second time we have stayed at this hotel and everything was as good as the first we would recommend this hotel again and again

Another option other than scrambled egg i.e fried or poached would be nice
