Holiday Inn Express Northampton  

Reasonably well located for a family visit and very good value for money at the price we paid.

Good location just off the M1, very clean and seemed quite new. Friendly staff.

Breakfast seemed a bit disorganised, no free wifi in the rooms. Not quite as good as the Campanile which is over the road (that has better breakfast and free wifi)

The hotel was clean and nicely designed. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was very comfortable and cosy. The shower was lovely

The breakfast was a bit disappointing as there was no bacon!!!

We found the staff very professional, polite and friendly. The room was immaculately clean,with very comfortable beds,sat tv and usual facilities. The room/maid services were excellent and the price range is very good. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to our friends and will stay with the hotel chain again. Nothing.

Apart from one minor thing everything was fine. Staff were very helpful at all times and at very short notice produced an excellent Pizza. Holiday Inn Express are always my first choice.

The fruit juice glasses at brakfast had an aroma about them, as if they had been washed in dirty water. Everything else was excellent

We were staying in room 22. This room has an adjoining door to the room next door. We could hear the people in the room next door talking and laughing and it was as though they were in the room with us. We were staying in the hotel for business reasons and needed a good nights sleep as we had an important early start. We requested that we be moved to another room but apparently the hotel was fully booked. We repeatedly had to phone reception and ask them to ask the people in the next door room to stop being so noisy. In my opinion these rooms should only be given to people who are using both rooms as they have no sound insulation whatsoever. I do not expect to pay for a room and then be unable to get a good nights sleep.

Staff were very helpful.

No where to have an evening meal at the hotel.

Willingness of staff to help. The early breakfast was a big win which will encourage us to use Holiday Inn over other hotel chains.

Who ever stayed in the room before us had smoked in a non smoking room
