A room you can smoke in. Thank you for coming up with the idea and realising smokers are not second class citizens. Good friendly staff. Lovely comfortable quiet room. Very clean. Close to all amenities in the area. Could not have been happier.

Located near to shops, restaurants and train station. Carpet stained and dirty, room quite dusty. Lot of stag parties on this particular Friday night so noisy in room from midnight to 4am (due to noise in corridors).

Liked it's position in the centre of Nottingham, breakfasts were good and gave a good start to our day. the room was comfortable and quiet. We would certainly stay there again.

Location was great although parking was expensive. Room also very clean and spacious. Reception staff very informative. Breakfast on Sunday morning was very chaotic - had to ask for clean glasses, plates and mug. Only 1 sausage left in container and very congealed beans. Overall, I felt the layout was not very practical as if someone is waiting for toast, it blocks other people who want to get to the other items.

Convenient and clean; receptionist was pleasant and helpful. Very noisy toilet flush On a busy road so we couldn't open the windows overnight Unimpressed by breakfast [fruit juice was sweetened; no muesli or branflakes or other 'healthy' breakfast cereals; cooked was sausage and beans only - no egg-boiler]

The location of the hotel is perfect because it is in the center of the city. The room was confortable and quite big and it was cleaned properly every day. The breakfast was nothing special but it was ok.

After travelling 300 miles in bad conditions I waited 10 minutes to check in while the staff were organising take away orders. The carpet in my room had not been vacumed as debris and 1 crisp packet were present. As it was late and with my assessment of unhelpful staff I slept in the room and told the reception staff(very pleasant and helpful girl) of my complaint

The location was excellent. Pity there's no onsite car-park because I hate trundling suitcases through the streets, although the distance between the two is short. I was very hot during the night - does the air conditioning switch off overnight?

Good location, friendly staff. The rooms were ok, the only problems are that you could not open the windows of the room and they were very hot. The beds were also not very comfortable as they dipped massively in the middle.

It was in the city centre, really convenient. Parking was not expensive too. The room was quite small and the bed and pillows were uncomfortable and breakfast was a far cry on what is on offer at a Premier Inn. Windows did not open to allow fresh air in at night.

Loved the room, staff excellent - the only gripe I had is that the mattress seemed very lumpy but once I went off to sleep I slept quite well. Will certainly book again should I be travelling to the area (will also look at Hol Inn if I am going elsewhere) Thank you
