Excellent location, modern, clean facilities and friendly staff

It was a good hotel with a perfect location

Most facilities in the room didnt work. Hairdryer.. Kettle.. Lamp.. Shower head was wonky!

Access to city and eating places - close to city centre. Good bed.

Lack of temporary parking to use when checking in. It was very difficult to know where to park while checking in - more information on this needs to be provided. Also it would be better to have a map showing the whereabouts of the parking on your website. Further the name of the car park (Upper Parliament Street) is also worthwhile information. There was the remains of a broken false fingernail on one of the bedside tables, as well as a sticky substance. This showed that the room had not been cleaned properly.

The room was well equipped & functional. the location was a surprise as we thought it could have been noisy, but it was quiet & there was no disturbance, from either outside noise or other guests. The breakfast was satisfactory, given the budget price. Would use again.

Was exactly what we wanted in terms of comfort, location and qualtiy.

Me and my eldest son stayed the one night after going to see snow patrol at the arena, the hotel was very good value for money, and the breakfast that was included was superb!

No fuss, good comfortable clean accommodation, close and easy walking distance to town centre

Location was great although parking was expensive. Room also very clean and spacious. Reception staff very informative.

Breakfast on Sunday morning was very chaotic - had to ask for clean glasses, plates and mug. Only 1 sausage left in container and very congealed beans. Overall, I felt the layout was not very practical as if someone is waiting for toast, it blocks other people who want to get to the other items.

Nice comfortable no hassle stay

After travelling 300 miles in bad conditions I waited 10 minutes to check in while the staff were organising take away orders. The carpet in my room had not been vacumed as debris and 1 crisp packet were present. As it was late and with my assessment of unhelpful staff I slept in the room and told the reception staff(very pleasant and helpful girl) of my complaint

Very friendly staff, close to all shops and clubs,reasonable price. Clean and comfortable.

Loved the room, staff excellent - the only gripe I had is that the mattress seemed very lumpy but once I went off to sleep I slept quite well. Will certainly book again should I be travelling to the area (will also look at Hol Inn if I am going elsewhere) Thank you

It was a convenient location. Room was comfortable enough & staff friendly.

Although it was on a major road the main areas of the hotel were very quiet. Not so my room which has walls so thin we cd hear every word of next door's telephone conversation, every cup of tea they made and a lot more of their more intimate moments than I would wish Outrageous prices for internet use. £4.95 an hour and £12.95 for a day is unjustifiable. It costs virtually nothing to provide and is just an excuse to rip guests off when there is no alternative It was also the worst breakfast I have seen in many months! Dried up cooked food & miserable choice of other things including croissants that had seen better weeks &pain au chocolat that had been baked until they had bases made of concrete and were inedible.
