Being near the town centre!

Where do I start put it this way I would'nt keep my dog there! The room was vile there was people smoking drugs in rooms and we could smell it we reported it and the reception did nothing would not stay here again

Staff very help full as I booked a smoking area by mistake the staff were more than helpful to change us and the view was great would stay at your groups hotels agian

We were kept awake till4am by noisy drunks who were rude and agressive towards us. It took too long fo the hotel staff to get them off the premises.The main reason for our trip was to relax as I am a carer for a high needs baby who need 24 hr care thus I get very little sleep. I have been offered another night foc at holiday inn but it is no good to me as we will not be returning to nottingham as even a weekend away takes a lot of planning due to my child's circumstances.I Would have preferred a refund.

Convenient city centre location, breakfast included in price.

Bed was terrible, big dip in middle / broken. Receptionist next morning not interested in my complaint, didn't even apologize.

There is a notice at reception to the effect that it is illegal to smoke within these premises and yet I was asked if I wanted a smoking room ( and th staff could not understand how the smoke detectors would allow for this

Not enough coffee to make even one cup how i like it, really dirty hallways covered in food all night and still there in the morning.

Rooms were not what we requested which spoilt our stay. Needed twin rooms and got doubles which wasn't much good.

It was short walk to the station. They serve hot breakfast with lots of variety of food. The room was clean and roomy. It was good for the money.

I was placed in a room close to the smoking area. No suit cart / trolley to help in carrying suit cases up to the rooms or down. Standard hotels have trolleys to aid load carrying.

The breakfast was awesome! Plenty of it too I liked how you could have either hot or cold,or both if you're greedy like me!

We stayed in room 108 and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress appeared worn and needs to be renewed.

Not much. Location is central.

Cold room, tatty sofa bed, no extractor in bathroom, not enough milk for 1 cup of tea. Noise from adjoining room was like occupants were in the room with us. Breakfast poor and unorganised. Checked out 2 nights early as we were so uncomfortable and staff did not give a hoot.
