the breakfast and bar facilities very poor booking .com never informed hotel that one room was a family room and had to wait 45 minutes until they found us a room.

The hotel was in an ideal position for our needs. Good breakfast.

BEDDING whoever measured up for quilt got the measurement wrong, struggled to cover ourselves and so sleep was disturbed. Shame as room was otherwise fine.

An excellent value for the money. Next to the underground station. Large and bright room with a free WiFi, tea and coffee making facilities.

Excellent Hotel just 2 min walk to North Acton Tube station which is central line train. Hotel is excellent and will be my preference for my next trip.

The electronic card key failed on three occasions. This was disappointing especially on first night when I arrived late.

Nice hotel overall. Right next to the tube station.

No car park on Thursday evening. Had to park next to the cemetery half a mile away. Average breakfast - beans from a tin, eggs from powder and the cheapest sausages - hardly worth the money.

I booked a family suite but when I got to the hotel I was told it was a double room with a sofa bed and the booking did not mention that I had a daughter therefore reception had to make the bed up. We found the hotel room cold even with the air con heating.

The location was excellent for where we needed to be.

Room was very tired and the bed very soft + you automatically rolled into the middle whether you wanted to or not.

Lovely comfortable twin room,enough space, nice clean bathroom, quiet. Helpful staff. Perfect for short stay, literally overlooks north Acton tube on central line. Car parking for £10 a night, rare in London.

The food. We arrived late and had a snack box of microwaved Chinese curry - it was not good. Breakfast was generous but of fairly low quality, only to be expected for the price. I would go again. The pillows were quite firm for my liking.

The bedroom was spacious and well looked after. Ease of access for us as we were visiting our son in Acton.

Breakfast was hectic as everyone seemed to arrive at the same time therefore limited seats as the area is in the hotel main reception - staff struggled to cope with this sudden influx of guests.
