Holiday Inn Express Park Royal  

The convenience of on/off the Central Line is a positive! Overall, the staff was really nice (aside from the 1st young lady at the desk). I would like to give a special "shout out" to Azeem....very helpful and patient with me and all of my questions....roughly 30 minutes of yeah, but, what ifs, etc. I have recommended this place to a few friends who are traveling to London this summer.

The room was SMALL.....but most things in Europe are smaller than what they are in the US....Not a bad room though, just small; :-)

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was lovely and the room was very clean. Very impressed!

The only qualm I have was the location discription … we booked it under the impression that it was in a short distance to Wembley Stadium (like the web page said it would be) … we had to get two buses and a Tube ride to get there.

The hotel has a very good staff, very friendly. The hotel is located near the North Acton subway station (Central Line) with easy access from the street... The in-room facilities The breakfast is adequate with different kinds of cereals, bread. There is also warm breakfast possible with sausage, beans and scrambled eggs.

The airco was a bit noisy. Hopefully I didn't need it much during my stay...

Clean and good value for money. Breakfast was ok. And although the hotel is not centrally located, the nearest tube station is just one minute walk from it. Overall, good experience.

The position of the hotel very close to underground station North Acton, close to bus station, close to supermarket.

Sir / Madam, I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Park Royal for the second time in less than a year and I must say it offers a very good (if not excellent) all round services. Clean, tidy and excellent value for money

The Holiday Inn Express was quite pleasant. The room was fairly basic but still nice enough. The location was good, being situated beside a Tube station, about twenty minutes from central London. The buffet breakfast was good, with a fairly decent selection, and I found the staff to be pleasant.

Good price, decent breakfast, staff friendly, knowledgeable with public transport, and helpful. Right at North Acton station and bus 266 stop Z.

An hour (or more) from Heathrow by tube. Wireless internet in room was expensive and quite dodgy. The "business center" computer was so slow it took 30 minutes (and dozens of retries) to get tube route and timings.

A mother with a young daughter 7 Y.O. overall we are very happy with this hotel: 1. )excellent location (central tube line zone 2 (cheap travel ticket)10 mins travel time to the center Oxford circus, tube station is right behind the hotel less than 2 mins walk, Westfield shopping mall is next tube stop, bus stop right right outside of the hotel, Tesco express is literally across the road) 2.) very good price deal (prepayment in advance) 3.)excellent room security (door eye, door chain,door lock, double windows- lock) 4.) excellent room amenities (lighting, modern simple furniture, decor, water pressure and temperature, heating/air-conditioning, space) 5.) very good breaskfast variety (hot and cold food, hot and cold drinks, fruit selection) 6.) excellent hotel's amenities (lobby, bar, dining section, reception, public bathrooms, ironing service available, laundry, safe deposit service available)

*Some of the hotel staff behaviour was disappointing *the room was not ready upon arrival *the room was not being cleaned up to expectations *mini fridge in room would be helpful since hotel does not offer a restaurant facilities

Nearby the metro station.only 2 minutes on foot. This particular metro line gives you easy access to all famous sightseeing of central london.quite and safe neighbourhood with supermarket, pub, pizza very close. Very polite hotel-staff and reception. Comfortable and very clean room
