The staff were very helpful and friendly .The hotel is only a few minutes walking distance to shopping centre, bus and train stations .

Poor choice of food - expensive and all high fat. Restaurant area was lit up like an airport departure lounge.

They left us alone to enjoy our break but provided us with good facilities when we wanted them .

It was accessable,clean staff got about their work but were pleasant when talked to, breakfast was hectic but very pleasant. Rooms were clean and facilities above average.all in all a good stay.

Bed was comfortable [but for my back a bit too soft], the adjoining rooms walls were not that sound proof, so if someone talked loudly you could hear them. We had to wait for plates and cups at breakfast. All in all these are minor complaints but are probably relevant to this survey. We enjoyed what time we spent in the hotel, and would certainly use it again if we were in the area.

The location is perfect: right in the centre of the town! The major shopping centre is opposite; there are a great amount of restaurants nearby and attractions such as Monkey World and Tower Park are within a half hour drive. The Hotel is in the town between the beach and country. The staff are very helpful and pleasant and the breakfast area is very modern and stylish. The continental breakfast offers a lot of choice. The bedrooms are clean and neat. The beds are very comfortable; great for a good night's sleep after an adventurous day!

The sofa bed was a bit tatty- a couple of threads were loose and there were a couple of marks. It could have done with replacing, in comparison with the rest of the place.

My only comment would be the shower was very weak, otherwise fine.

Food from specials board - quality, temperature, waiting time

Great location for shopping and walking to nearby places. Breakfast had a good choice and friendly atmosphere.

Quality of pillows were poor very thin and had labels on saying soft and firm but there was virtually no difference.

Noisy room despite requesting a quiet one.Appalling meal in the restaurant and the beer was off .The food was so inedible I sent it back and demanded a refund. Poor service, and I will not be returning.
