Suitable location for the trip, reasonable price.

The way in was like being at the tradesmans entrance and not well signed, the way in and out of the car park was v poorly signed and staff in carpark blunt to point of being rude. Considering hotel opposite two late night pubs the double glazing could be much better.

Great location of the hotel. It was warm and the bed was really soft and cosy.

The (cooked) breakfast was cold. It was one of the worst breakfasts we have had in all of the hotels we have stayed in.

Not very well kept, have stayed here before and it has gone down hill. Brown marks on bed sheet. Carpet could do with spring clean. Someones fingernail found on wash basin surround. Noisey heating. Could get better for same price.

No services such as Spa, Gym or even even guidance to any third party fitness centre where we can use as a Holiday inn express guests. Internet was over priced.

Location was brilliant. Room was ok and clean.

Breakfast room was too cramped. Food was basic and just ok.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful at reception... Very good. Cleanliness was very good in the room.

The hallway carpets were worn and dirty... Stained... The bed dipped in the middle and gave me a chronic back-ache for two days! The meanness of only allowing two tea-bags for hospitality! We needed more than one drink in the privacy of our rooms.... The noise from the other guests at night permeated our room, no sound awareness from you?? Even at a "discount", the worst value for money that I have seen in a hotel for a while.... I did not expect this from a chain such as yours... Premier Inns have you licked!! Our experience there was that it was half the cost and twice the value! We won't be returning!

I don't like to be too hot or cold when staying in a hotel. Yours was perfect.

An outside call was put through to me at 4.30am. After being out for the night celebrating my 40th birthday, this wake up call was not welcomed. In my option, calls should not be put through to the rooms at that hour. Very disappointed it was.

Great location for an evening out and a day at the shops.

At night you can hear people coming and going rather loudly. Even noise from outside was loud. Not very good sound proofing :(

Staff were presumptuous, when we arrived said breakfast was express breakfast and check out was earlier than any other hotel I have ever stayed at- be warned!

Noise from hotel air-con transmitted into our room on 3rd floor R310 had to change rooms. A structural problem?

It was peace and quiet. A lot of shopping places to find.

The money off at resturants in gunwarf you get with your hotel. Cleanliness Location is great Great comfy double beds! Bathrooms are fab Staff really nice and helpful

Location and comfort plus good breakfast.

Parking arrangements when arriving and departing. need some maybe limited drop off pick up parking zones to facilitate arriving and leaving. Also perhaps better signage on main road to make it easier to find entrance.

We were in Portsmouth to visit my sick sister in Southampton. The location was excellent for access to the Harbour train station and also Gunwharf Quays/HMS Dockyard.Interesting location.

We each missed having a drawer to keep small items in. I don't like sausages or beans so some bacon for breakfast would have been welcome.

Location was great, just in the shopping area for the day time because its in the outlet, and perfect at night for the variety of restaurants or bars.

The bed is a bit soft, little harder would make it better.
