Nice clean hotel, good standard of comfort

Further to travel to my place of work, than I would have liked

excellent value for overnight stay with breakfast and quick drive to the cruise dock in the morning.

some noise from main road but not a real problem

It's a bit far from Southampton city but we were driving so it wasn't that inconvenient.

Exit from car park. One has to move to the right side of the road in order to enter the departure code. This impedes vehicles entering from the roundabout.

more things for young children i.e in the holiday inn in fareham they gave us colouring for children to do while waiting for food. Also gave us a complimentary glass of wine and children had milkshake and biscuit we didnt have that in this one

Easy to find reasonable price clean room, including bathroom

Everything - it fitted the bill fine.

Instead of "warm bread roll" served with our soup, we were given sliced white bread! Not quite the same. With large supermarkets close by, surely it would be possible to buy more rolls?!

Getting out of the car park is very dangerous the key pad is on the same side as the incoming cars.

The bedroom was spacious, comfortable and well designed. Breakfast quality was good

The area where buffet breakfast is served is a bit cramped Not enough comfy seats in the bar area

The rooms were very comfortable, the beds are great. location for getting to peppa pig world was brilliant and easy to access.

The breakfast is the most disgusting food i have ever seen in my life, powdered egg! even my 3 year old asked why i had given her it. The 'complimentary cooked breakfast' is a total farce and should be avoided at all costs. I asked if they would be bringing more bacon out to be told 'we don't do bacon at breakfast' Being allergic to egg this left me with nothing. There was also food everywhere mixed with other food, people using their fingers it was a breeding ground for food poisoning. needless to say we ended up at mc donalds round the corner which was better than the alternative. more signs need to be put up asking people to stop their children screaming and running up and down the corridors.

the dining area was too small, lots of queuing at breakfast , not enough tables. no mobile signal available on phone when inside hotel and we had 3 different phones and providers.

Hotel was fine, breakfast area inadequate, much too small for capacity.

Breakfast atea. Being charged for my first booking when my granddaughter was ill and we couldn't come when hotel was given plenty of notice and could have relet the room. I thought they could have transfered to my new booking under the circumstances.

Easy to find and book, nice and clean room with air con.

Just a small moan about the lack of bacon at breakfast but i do appreciate that there was a large selection of alternative food. I felt like some of the staff would rather be doing something else!

Beds were awful, too soft. Breakfast, food ok, facility not big enough to cope with number of guests.

we stayed here for a week and they had the same breakfast menu every morning, No tea making facilities or bar fridge in the room. Location was a bit far away from Southampton but OK with a car
