its so handy for visiting all my relations who are in that area for a disability access room it was far too far away from the entrance. when walking is a problem disability access means near the entrance

The location,we have stayed here many times the and the staff are always very helpful. If you are unable to drive, one can still travel to Southampton by bus, the bus stop is located not far from the hotel, and the staff are more than willing to help you on your requirements.

The room was designed nicely and like the idea of a separate door to the toilet and bathroom. The breakfast layout was awful. Way too small and unorganised. Need to make it bigger and user friendly to accomadate the number of guests. The room was really hot at night.
