Good to have a Holiday Inn Express with a restaurant on site. Food was very much quick and easy but that is all I wanted arriving late on wet winter evening |

It was a clean pleansant hotel in a quiet location. The stay was comfortable and quiet that enabled us to get a good night's sleep. An expected surprise was that food was offered on site, This helped make our stay much more enjoyable. There should be offer of newspapers in the morning. |

Spotlessly clean room, helpful staff, good food up to 10.00 pm, good television, internet availability, though this should be free nowadays. Good bathroom facilities. Not enough parking for those who arrive at 9.30 pm, breakfast a bit basic: real coffee would have been really nice, reluctance to accept money rather than a credit card, having to pay a cash dposit, All minor irritations, but the general stand was high so they stand out.. |

I liked the efficiency and helpfullness of the staff. The noise from a drunken guest until 3:45am. Not the hotels fault. |

Our first thoughts were "good" a new hotel, the staff were very welcoming and continued to so. The food we had was of a very high standard. |

Staff were very helpful and accomodated our needs for 2 adults & 2 children. Staff were always polite and helpful in restaurant. An internet kiosk would have been useful (we did not travel with a laptop to avail of internet access in the room). |

Hospitality of staff, cleanliness and quietness of the room. The shower had a clean head, was adjustable for flow, temperature and height which is the first hotel I have experienced with this for the last 20 years! Cleaning staff also quiet in the morning, not shouting up the corridor to each other whic I have experienced in most other hotels. It was easy to reach from the m Way, good parking, and an excellent price. I was here on business this time but my husband and I intend to use the hotel for a future weekend break to the area. Well done! |

Really impressed with the service and the building was brand new. Like staying in a much more luxury hotel but with a very reasonable price. |

Very clean and presentable, and good value for money. Bar closed too early (Midnight) for residents. No alternative bar facility offered. Not enough staff at reception during peak check out time.(Long queue) Both issues did not cause too much of a problem, and therefore no complaints.... |

I enjoyed everything about the hotel. The continental breakfast was very comprehensive. All the staff were very friendly too. The only minor irritation was the poor parking of some guests in the car park which was full when we arrived. Two vehicles were parked over four spaces! |
