In general all
Sausages burn on one of two days
The place especially the reception has a very good ambiance
Family room is a bit tight of space
Room on small side
The bed room with the sofa bed for our grandson. The meals at the restaurant even if the scrambled eggs were overcooked at times.
No tea pot for having a tea. The hotel was very crowded with a lot of families who were noisy next to the bar(a change from our prvious visits);is it because there are special offers for families????
Everything OK apart from the beds and staff situation.
Mainly the mattress. They should be replaced. Lack of trained staff in restaurant and bar area.
Knowledgeable and courteous staff. Good restaurant and breakfast. Clean rooms and common areas.
Wi-fi not available two nights with error "too many devices" (network overloaded, not my personal devices).
Nice and clean
Hotel needs to make more of restaurant

Room was small and not very child friendly.
very good hotel, very impressive breakfast, very friendly and competent staff.
room was to warm even with the window open all the time. lots of dripping noise when it rained onto the lower roof. parking can be an issue .
No Refrigerator, no bathtub, toilet not cleaned, no computer access to internet (NOT WI-FI), no convenience stores within walking distance, no A/C - it was so hot in the room we didn't get any sleep.
bacon and sausages of good quality
repetative. The same danish pastries every day and tinned oranges and peaches every day
Clean and comfortable. Good location.
Restaurant needs to be bigger for the amount of guests. Very busy at breakfast and not set out very well. Although breakfast was very good. Didn't eat other than breakfast so can't comment on other food.
Shower was hot and cold Pillows were too soft Breakfast was ok more choice in hot food
room was clean and quiet
dirty tables in dinning room for breakfast food badly cooked long queues for everything
- close proximity to the Ageas bowl - very courteous staff. -
- rooms can get warm during nights.
Cue for breakfast very long but we understand we went at peak time helpful staff didn't like herby sausages no fried egg hash browns or mushrooms enjoyed what we had much improved on the hilton Bracknell the night before.
Simple quick check in and check out, efficient staff
Breakfast was very basic and limited
No air conditioning in the rooms.
Ease of booking in Quietness of room Quality of bed Cleanliness Breakfast
Bar and food prices
Convenient Relatively cheap
No wardrobe in room. Inadequate storage space for a family No bath Second bed had protruding metal hinge which is potentially unsafe for a young child Unable to access desk and chair with second bed out
Rooms were far too warm and very cramped with a travel cot.
Friendliness of your staff
Lining up for breakfast Poor quality of the food offered Poor selection of food Ordering yourself at the bar Room ambience: too hot, too dry, too stuffed Icy draught in dining room Keycards losing their coding
This hotel is in a great location if attending an event at the stadium across the street.
This hotel is not the place to stay prior to going on a cruise. There are no restaurants or shops within walking distance, so the only option is to dine in the hotel restaurant. The surrounding sidewalks are on major roads. The port is a long taxi ride away.
The location is perfect as I have family and friends locally and the access to the city centre is good either by car or bus. Parking is plentiful and free. I try to stay here whenever I visit Southampton. The inclusive breakfast is a plus.
As it was school holidays the hotel was particularly noisy and busy. The dining room was overcrowded at breakfast. But it was good to see so many families enjoying the break.
