Very clean, big rooms, good facilities, helpful staff. Shuttle bus cost £2 each way, but were on time and very efficient. |

Easy, and confortable to relax in with a nice roomy bar and restuarant and the internet service and bus service was very good after a day shopping, it would have been lovely to relax in a nice bath |

Proximity to the Stansted Airport. Food is good. No wireless/free internet access in the room (only cable and at high hourly rate ...). Bar/Restaurant area was not heated in the afternoon. |

The location is perfect for flying out of Stansted Airport. The bed was terrible! |

Room is very clean, close to the airport, rate is good, shuttle bus is excellent but there u have to pay 2 pound for the shuttle. There is a Mc Donalds nearby which is good for us. It's most convenient for those who wish to fly out through Stansted airport which is also one of the reason i book this hotel. Should improve on the breakfast menu, not much of a choice. There is also no reception on my cellphone. |

The fact that it is so close to the airport. Whenever a bus turns up form the airport terminal there is always a queue a mile long for check in especially on a Sunday night when I arrive. However, no extra staff are ever provided for these times so check-inn can take up to 25mins in my experience which is not really acceptable late on a Sunday night. |

I stayed there for convenience following flight from outside of UK. There were no trains available that evening & I found that the Hotel was perfect for my requirement. |

Closeness to airport. The lady that checked us in was rude. Also, the time to get checked in and then drop off my car rental was only 30 minutes before I would get charged - with a family, this was hard to accomplish - especially when the rude lady at the desk takes up 10 of the 30 minutes and then puts us at the very end of the longest hall of the building. |

Good value for money. The shuttle bus is 2£ per person per travel and runs only every about 30'. |

Clean and comfortable ideal for a short stay. Drinks at the bar were expensive, even by hotel standards. Cups of tea £2.50 each served as a mug of hot water with a tea bag in it, no teapot, no tray, no paper napkins, nowhere to put tea bags, sugar wrappers etc. Very poor service for residents wanting a hot drink service. Also, early breakfast was only cereal and tea/coffee in paper cups. Should have been crockery and could have made bread and toast available for those who do not eat cereal. |

I liked the food /had three dinners, all excellent/, the location of the hotel close to the airport /in fact my reason for having chosen it/. Although close to the airport the hotel is quiet and the air traffic does not disturb at all. We had problems with handling the air condition. Also, although I am not sure whether this is within competence of the hotel, the shuttle bus arrived too late and did not stop where it was supposed to. Before I managed to reach it with all my luggage, it left. |
