Platební terminál hotelu neakceptoval moji platební kartu VISA. Pokoj byl velice stísněný. Na přespání v blízkosti letiště dostačující. |

Ocenila jsem příjemný a velmi čistý pokoj a také možnost uvařit si kávu a čaj a použít fénu. Trošku táhlo kolem okna. |

It was only for one night due to the early departure of my flight. The room was very comfortable and the shower excellent. Service was also excellent. |

Easy, and confortable to relax in with a nice roomy bar and restuarant and the internet service and bus service was very good after a day shopping, it would have been lovely to relax in a nice bath |

We arrived for breakfast at 10.02 and were very firmly told by staff it had finished at 10.00. Eventually they agreed to give us coffee and juice but refused to give us croissants or cereal. I understand we were 2 minutes late but the inflexibility was a little frustrating |

Proximity to the Stansted Airport. Food is good. No wireless/free internet access in the room (only cable and at high hourly rate ...). Bar/Restaurant area was not heated in the afternoon. |
