There was so cold that we have to sleep clothes on. There was 13,5 degrees when we game in to the room and the heating works only when you put your roomkey on. When you live the room you have to take your key with and the heating stopped, besauce we only got one key. Hotel staff told us that continental breakfast is serving at 4-10 am. We got only breakfast cereal and coffee at 4 o`clock and the continental breakfast was served at 6 o´clock.

Hotel clean & comfortable with aircon. For 1 night the room is just big enough for 2 adults & 2 children with 2 suitcases. There is a Starbucks, McDonalds & petrol station with snacks etc within a few mins walk. Hotel is close to airport but well sound proofed and there is a good timely transfer bus 04.00 - 00.30 @ £2 per adult (up to 16yr olds free) to the terminal. Paid £54 which included a light breakfast but we couldn't eat at 04.00. Worth the money as had an early flight and didn't want to drive at 02.00 with 2 kids. We would stay again for an early flight.

It is very close to Stansted Airport and it was very easy to get between the hotel and the airport. We had a terrible stay. Not only was the bed extremely uncomfortable, but there was no hot water and barely a dribble of cold water during our one night stay. They did give us a small refund, but we would have preferred showers! To top it off, the free wifi in the lobby didn't work very well and we spent quite a lot of time trying to grab a few moments online in the lobby. We never got our netbook online, but managed to get a bit online with our mobile.

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable; the price was very reasonable and the location was excellent. Given that most of your clients must be traveling to or from Stansted Airport I would have expected a free bus service to and from the airport.

The bathroom had been intelligently designed with plenty of shelf space to make anyone's stay comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was good and provided good value for money.

Better appointed that the HI Express's I have used in the US, these were more motels. Comfortable lounge, decent-sized rooms, good shower! Early morning breakfast (5am) - truly awful. Coffee was undrinkable, wish I'd stuck with the Nescafe provided in the room! A choice of 4 cereals does not constitute breakfast. I would have been outraged if I'd had to pay for it. Would be interested to compare with the later breakfast, but in my opinion, I'd skip breakfast here and get to the airport earlier for a proper breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located to the airport and the services and facilities at the hotel were good. I noticed that some of the check-in staff were a little abrupt with non-english speaking guests and overall were not very friendly. Also, my room was very cold and the temp control in the room did not work.

V comfortable room and well designed bathroom. Pleasant helpful staff. Good restaurant and service. Proximity to Stansted Airport Noisy air conditioning. Poor TV reception. Smelly corridor leading to my room - smelt of stale smoke. Absence of information in the room - I had to ask at reception if there was a restaurant facility for the evenings.

Excellent location if you are flying from London-Stansted Airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The full breakfast only starts at 06.00am - you can only get a hot drink and cornflakes from 04.00am. For a hotel based at the airport which included breakfast in most bookings they should start the full breakfast earlier than 06.00am. We have paid for a breakfast that we couldn't have anyway.

So close to airport (bus 2 euro,every 15 mins, three minute ride) and direct train to london city at a great low price. Fast clean and easy...... The breakfast was slow, poor and plan jane, there was very little choice, but it did the job and there is a mac d's right across the carpark (open 24 hours). If you got the hotel room cheap, like I did with the help of booking .com. Then you dont mind....
