Convenient location. Clean, modern, new premises. The bus transfer fron Stansted Terminal is a total rip off as you have to pay 2 GBP each way for a 3 min travel, that should be complimentary and free for customers (and is not advertised during the booking). For breakfast don`t even try orange juice... all the juices are apalling. |

The value for money was good considering the hotel was right inside Stansted airport. Rooms were quite spacious for a budget hotel. Breakfast was poor, but this was to be expected for a budget hotel. Water pressure in the bathroom was very poor and I mentioned this at reception when I left. |

The room was very well designed, i loved the blue lights in the bathroom! i was very surprised that,although at an airport, i didn't hear one aeroplane whilst staying in this hotel ! Great price for the family, would definately use again !! Check in at 2am took far too long !! Breakfast staff could have been more friendly............ |

I found the room inviting with all needs provided considering it is a flight stop off hotel. I did not like the dining room method of having to pay at the bar before you eat. If you need to add on drinks and puddings it becomes a problem. Especially if you only have a credit card. |

proximity to the aiport and being able to have twin beds as was travelling with daughter. parking was rather expensive and unable to have breakfast (which was inclusive in the price) as i needed a 5:30 start |

very friendly and helpfull staff. No discussions when we adked for an additional bed and it was brought quickly they should start thinking about renovating the bathrooms and the double bed is a bit small for most of the people coming from the north. |

close to airport, shuttle service. sofa beds for kids where not comfortable. price including breakfast but there was only cereal till 6.00 while there where at least 80 people between 4.30 and 5.30 leaving hotel. |

The hotel is situated near Stansted airport and the shuttle bus goes every half an hour even in late evenings and early mornings which is perfect. The breakfast is really good if you are staying for 1 or 2 nights. In general we really liked the hotel and would certainly go there again. |

It is a great way to stay near stansted airport en gives you a nice quiet night. Breakfast was good as well. Shuttle bus from hotel to stansted vice versa. Maybe they could make the shuttlebus a calling mode (so then it could come every half an hour but in the evening you could call it earlier if you are waiting at the airport in the rain or something. It was oke now and is not a negative critic, just an idea. |
