Margins on hotel food cynically high. Food at least 25% overpriced for what is satisfactory but modest food. We were told we were pressing an alarm button - on the second occasion told 'well stop pressing it then' pretty rude - only when we had been called 5 times did the staff coem to the room to investigate |

We arrived for breakfast at 10.02 and were very firmly told by staff it had finished at 10.00. Eventually they agreed to give us coffee and juice but refused to give us croissants or cereal. I understand we were 2 minutes late but the inflexibility was a little frustrating |
