Holiday Inn Express Swansea West M4, JCT.43  

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself was lovely. Our room was comfortable and clean. We have decided to come back with our grandson for a longer stay.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money when you take breakfast into account. Room was comfortable, modern and clean. Free parking and free wifi (in public areas). Great location for the motorway and therefore access to Swansea / Cardiff. Considering location, hardly any noise from nearby motorway.

Only limited tea / milk / sugar in room, though extra supplies willingly handed over on request. Bit of a pain having to go down to bar if you want to use the free wifi (chargeable if used in room). Evening menu unexciting and expensive though not really a problem as there is a Harvester next door and many good restaurants in Swansea, about 15 minutes drive away.

This was our third stay here in a year,and every time the hotel has been excellent. By booking in advance I can get very good rates,& I cant speak highly enough of the staff, who are always very pleasant and helpful without being overbearing.Could happily live there

Very clean, smelt fresh. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room had nearly (see below) everything we needed.

I liked that it was a budget hotel, with friendly staff, and good facilities. Of paramount importance was the location. The hotel is situated in an ideal location minutes from the m4, which was excellent for us as it was a 'pit-stop' per se for us to continue our journey into south wales the following morning.

There was no real leisure facilities in the hotel, i.e. spa, massage; all of which would have helped relax some more during the weekend. Furthermore, we were slightly disappointed that we had to pay for wifi in our rooms.

Very clean and frendley staff will recomend to other family members

Very clean with all the facilities I needed. Well designed room. Pleasant staff well trained. Excellent breakfast in a clean and spacious room. I couldn't be more pleased with my stay especially at the price. I will definately look up this chain of hotels when I go away in the future.

Minor thing, lovely tea and coffee facilities in the room but no little packet of biscuits. Shower head was leaking.

It was very handy being right off the M4 and close to where I had a meeting the following day. None of the words above describe the hotel however (strange choice for PR!). I would suggest comfortable, friendly & relaxed.

Only enough tea left in room for one drink.
