The price was excellent and the breakfast was beautiful. Also the staff were very polite and helpful. The pillows were fair to firm, even the soft ones... Everything else was perfect.

Very friendly greeting as I checked in. Food in the Harvester next door was superb. Bar staff in the hotel were execellent. room was spotless. To be honest I personally found this hotel/staff attitude better than some of the 5 star hotels I have previously stayed in.

The comfort & quality of the room. The convenience of the hotel facilities. The breakfast choice was far greater than anticipated from a continental breakfast. The location of the hotel was ideal for the family visits we were to make and for access to golf courses. No drawers in room.

the manager always remembered my name and very very polite and always on hand. Didnt see much of the hotel due to seeing family but very comfortable and very good price, very good indeed (I paid £39 for 1 night and inc breakfast)

Easy to find and good spec of room for price. Clean and all we needed for a one night stay. Hot continental a nice surprise. Wi Fi indicated foc but when booked in only 6hr in bar. Then fiver for hr on room etc. Bit of a let down.

One thing i would suggest is an earlier breakfast time. We needed to be up early on one of the days and were unable to get breakfast. I would suggest breakfast starting from 6am.

Easy to find. Swansea is a dreadful city in terms of traffic management and signposting. Breakfast facilities cramped and hot food ran out early

noisy white vans 15 of them each night, including friday parking in disable and v noisey talking, no shoutint to each other buy there vans at mid night we were in room 21 right up by reception not good at all.

My daughter and I went to the university open day and the holiday inn offered the best price for two nights.The staff were very helpful, very quickly replacing the non working kettle. We asked for more tea and coffee and it arrived within minutes, very impressed. The room was clean, the mattress was fairly comfortable and everything worked as it should. I especially liked the built in soap and shower/hair gels. Breakfast was as described and we both were happy with the range on offer. All in all we would use this holiday inn again, thank you. The built in kettle didn't work, but was quickly replaced by a kettle with a lead.

Friendly reception staff. Adequate room/ Couldn`t get served at the bar. Only one member of staff on and busy at check in desk. I waited about 10 mins to no avail.
