Location - near M4 and family I needed to visit. Next to Harvester - took family to eat there. would have preferred cooked breakfast - eg bacon and eggs. After 3 nights, my back began to hurt - the bed was too soft |

The bathroom, also the opportunity to have dinner, even though I didn't have dinner there. No hot chocolate in the hotel bedroom, I don't drink tea or coffee in the evening. |

Lovely and clean, even the pillows- inside the pillowcase were clean ,I allways bring my own pillow ,but was not needed this time keep it UP,also breakfast very good and not having to pay like other places with huge prices Yes the price for drinks ,there was no customers in bar area, everyone went elswere as we did, also evening meals also very expensive, there was a curry on ,oh great but it was £11.95 there was no way I would pay that much ,so went elswere ,so no one in the restraunt ,it was allmost empty, if drinks and food were cheaper you would have everyone staying and the customer not having to find somewhere else after having a long journey and tired, and the place would be more homely, what a shame. |

Very close to motorway exit and easy to find. The room was excellent although we would have preferred a bath. The hotel was situated quite a long way out of Swansea. The breakfast was poor with little choice. For the price you would expect a full English breakfast. |

It was very quite and peacefull I could not get enought information about sight seen from this hotel.. The direction written on the leftlet is not enough at all..it has no clear instruction on it.. There were many places to visit near this hotel which was not even mention in that leftlet.. You can make better something.. |

Staff were friendly and helpful and room was comfortable and clean. Location is perfectly placed only minutes from the Motorway. It only took about 15 minutes to get to Swansea City Centre from the hotel in rush hour traffic. |

It was easy to find, and the staff were really friendly and the room was clean. The food in the bar was really basic and the kitchen had run out of quite a few dishes. |
