It was a Holiday Inn, so you got a consistent level of service within the Express brand. Rooms and facilities were spotless and well maintained. The breakfast could be a bit of a scrum on busy days. |

Staff courteous and efficient. Good Continental breakfast, free newspaper, parking available. Our room overlooked some green space. The room itself was clean and functional (no drawers or wardrobes to leave belongings in) with a splash-free shower. Within walking distance of central Bath. The hotel was rather oriented to the motorist and business traveller. In bad weather it was necessary to take a taxi to get to city-centre attractions like the Pump Room. |

I loved the location and the comfort of the room. The breakfast need to be improved, including more choices to eat and drink. |

We stayed at this hotel because we travelled over from France to drop our daughter off who is studying at Bath University. It was in a very convienient location, near to her rental house and we were able to walk easily into the City Centre for an evenning meal. It was also very close to Sainsburys so we could stock up on goodies before the journey back to France. car park was full up and cars were badly parked. However we parked in a disabled spot and staff allowed us to leave it there. |

The room was clean and cheap. Connected to the Xtra which had an m&s, McDonald's, Starbuck's, kfc and more. The toilet was in a seperate room but the shower was not. The shower was open to the room with a clear glass door. You could see right through it. Which wouldn't be a bad thing if you were traveling alone or with someone like a spouse. But for us we were with my 13 year old daughter so we would have to take turns in the shower while the others went to the food area to wait. We were later able to get some news paper and tape and cover the door, next time we'll know to take a shower curtain. Not sure what the builders were thinking, but other wise the price made it well worth it! |

Design of bathroom in hotel was great. It allowed access to sink and shower while toilet was in use yet could be closed as a complete bathroom if you so wished. Breakfast arrangements were good with good choice of food and drinks. Sofa bed was a little uncomfortable but ok for our one night stay. Would have benefited from an extra pillow on each bed. |

Good clean room with comfortable beds, on site parking was a bonus considering the proximity of the town centre which was only a 10 minute walk away and there was no problem with early arrival and leaving car to explore sights. Although room was non smoking the corridors smelt strongly of smoke |

We chose it because it has parking and was within walking distance of the City The continental breakfast is uninspiring and annoyingly the cutlery ran out so that we had to make do with with the few spoons left |

free parking, nice rooms didn't realise it was so far from town centre - it was a bit more of a walk than I would have wanted. Nowhere to eat in the hotel and very limited choice of places within walking distance |
