On the banks of the Avon River, Old Mill Hotel & Lodge has lovely gardens and stunning views of the countryside surrounding Bath. It is on a site that housed a flour mill until 1907.

Good clean and comfortable hotel.
Too many tables at breakfast time resulting in being unable to walk between them to and from servery.
Helpful staff and excellent breakfast.
Nothing to dislike!
Nice facility with a quiet guest room and an adequate breakfast and nice breakfast room.
There was nothing to dislike, but the location was not perfect. However, a good city bus was available just across the street.
Close enough to walk into city . Car parking. Knew what to expect for the price we paid.
Would have preferred more tea and milk in the room but not a problem when we knew where to pick up refills !
The staff were very friendly, helpful, efficient and professional. The room was lovely, very comfortable with excellent facilities. The breakfast was delicious too, would highly recommend and excellent value for money! Many thanks!
General politeness of staff. Overlooking the cemetery made it such a peaceful location. The fact that you could actually open your bedroom window for air was also a bonus. Plenty for breakfast. Having a copy of a national newspaper The Independent Paper 'I' is very useful. I would say good value for money.
Possibly tables for breakfast could have been cleared and cleaned more promptly as there were empty tables when you arrived but they hadn't been cleaned. Also clearer instructions for walking into the centre of Bath from the hotel.
Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was furnished to a good level. Good Television and WIFI facilities. Breakfest was a lovely relaxed affair, just take what you wanted and enjoy.
Small amount of mold on the ceiling above the mirror.
Nice clean place Good facility
Price slightly expensive
The Breakfast - quality and that it was included in the overall price Parking (not easy in Bath)
Not quite as central as would like but still only a short walk away
Breakfast buffet was good, but a few more healthy variations would be appreciated. It was good that there was a computer where you could buy time on the internet, as we had not brought our own computer. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The internet was rather slow at times, and the version of Internet Explorer was very old. It was rather chilly in the foyer.
Good location for access to Bath.
I felt it was very expensive, but as they were fully booked, they can clearly charge those prices! The lift is really slow and is shared with the staff.
The room was clean and tidy, albeit a little "tired". Why/what is the piece of fabric draped over the foot of the bed?! The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
The streets surrounding the hotel were dirty, noisy and congested. Pity the Hotel was not in a better location as this reflected in the pavement appeal/image of the hotel.
Walking distance too all major sites.
The hotel is 10 min walk from the city centre. Some dining options in the area
Male receptionist was helpful at midnight in difficult circumstances.
At least a 15 minute brisk walk from centre of town. The area at night walking back felt slightly threatening. Had to change rooms at midnight because of people next door -noise and trying the adjoining door to get into our room! Parking charges £10.00 which is not acceptable. Size of room for the money we paid was small.
The hotel is clean , good location, comfortable. Nice breakfast.
Poor service, paying extra for your parking, small room, the loby is small , only one elevator on that hotel , and there is graves behind the hotel not good to see it every morning .
Breakfast was good, room was comfy and just about large enough.
Mattress was a bit lumpy and saggy! Probably needs replacing.
Opportunity to buy chocolate etc at any time.
The distance from town.
Receptionist was very welcoming and very helpful.
Nothing, was all good!
Location Your staff Breakfast was good
Having to pay £10 per night for parking when I have paid for a room and as a Priority Club member I feel a bit ripped off. The bedroom was too hot and the air conditioning unit was poor (as per all of your hotels) The bar/ food area looks tired and could do with a facelift
Bedroom was very small once the sofa bed was used. Poor quality products used for breakfast.
Staff was very nice and helpful, breakfast was brilliant. Good selection and tasty. 5 stars from my kids. Location was good as it had a car park.
I have booked "family" room. It was really cramped. And we were sleeping on side which facing cemetery and there was a notice from some air conditioning on the bottom floor.
Location of hotel, very clean, good full english breakfast, friendly staff. Easy check in and check out. Decent facitities in reception for snacks and small bar.
location and accessability by road great improvement in breakfast since our original visits some years ago when car park also free on nights stayed.
car park charges. Very hard bed
Only scrambled egg, sausages and beans for breakfast. Would have liked more choice
