Found staff helpful and pleasant without imposing on your stay, very homely atmosphere and everything you needed for the price. I thought the Ice Machine was great. Would stay here again for easy access to airport, which enabled us to reach the airport early next morning.

Staff were polite and efficient. Willing to spend a few minutes telling us about local attractions etc. Breakfast was nice, buffet style, relaxed atmosphere. Would use this hotel again.

We had a very good quality irish breakfast, had a very comfortable overnight stay, convenient location to for shopping in the local shopping centre and also just next door to a lovely restaurant "Redz"

efficient check in and check out - for regular business travel this is a time killer. Very quick here. Sat nav postcode on Tom Tom takes to housing estate phone hotel for a better one.

Front desk staff, Lee Ann, was most wonderful. She was so pleasant, helpful and efficient. She is one of the best among all the hotel staff that I have encountered. Location of the hotel is convenient to go to Larne for ferry. Breakfast.

Does what it says on the tin & more. Very effecient and friendly staff. warm and comfortable room. Excellent Dinner in the Bar with a free Pint! Buffet breakfast is the best I have ever come accross in an Express Hotel.What more could you ask for!

The staff - they were so friendly in the direst of snow and icy conditions when met with a hoard of airport people having to sleep on the floor- they were totally brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. 11/10! Possibly having just a shower and not a bath!

“Staff were very helpful and nothing was any trouble to them. Rooms very comfortable and clean and suitable for family. Food at the hotel was highly recommended and reasonable price. Our trip was to go to the Celtic Games (athletics) We needed to store athletics equipment on the Saturday night before departing on Sunday morning - the staff were very accomodating and securely kept them in a room overnight - thanks to Martin. This is the 2nd time I have used this hotel within the past 2years - and staff have been marvellous on both occassions. Would defenitily use them again if the price was right.
