Overall - cheap hotel with resident bar open late No soap (both shower and sink), not enough staff at reception, waiting times were unacceptable, very far from Belfast (about 25 miles) |

Nice and clean room, very comfortable bed and linen, buffet breakfast - could eat as much as I could. Only tiny issues that do not change my overall rating of the hotel - a little untidy underneath the bed, no Guinness glasses in the bar, empty shower gel bottle in the bathroom, laser/maestro card not accepted. |

Nice and quiet place, on the pros there is a large shopping centre next to it. Pity there was no room for smokers, as advertised, and no baths. Apart from this, everything was ok. 9.00am is too late for you breakfast - most of the food was already gone. And it's very far from Belfast. |

Friendly staff, food good considering the hotel has a cafe style food area. Room comfortable and certainly served the purpose. To have to pay for broadband - in a business situation this is a pain to have to pay and keep an eye on the time. |
