close to the international airport the lock on the door wasnt working properly. When we went to go for breakfast we checked that the door was shut (should have self locked) properly, which it wasnt. The chambermaid nearby wasnt able to help and reception was busy at the time. We therefore had to pack up all our stuff and take it out to the car before going for breakfast. Other than that a great stay.... |

The room was clean and quite well equipped, the general buiding was funtional and the staff were polite and efficient Would have liked fried eggs for breakfast and a wider variety of fruit, croissants would be an alternative to toast, for the price nothing else to say. |

I found staff to be friendly and efficient and they organsied for me to join the prioity club in order to access the free wi-fi which was helpful! It would be much nicer if there was fresh fruit and juice available for breakfast as oppossed to the tinned fruit and concentrated juice from a machine! |

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the variety at breakfast/ The only thing that I could think of was that there was no drawers in my room. I would have liked at least one drawer that I could lock so as to keep some items a little more secure. Other than that everything was fine. |

we enjoyed our stay very much celebrating one of the party's 60th birthday, pity about breakfast. hotel was full so breakfast was hetic, had to wait on food comming from the kitchen, young lady working in the resturant was run off her feet. There was a party of 8 of us so spoiled the easy lazy breakfast together all eating at different stages. |

Clean, Convenient, Breakfast good - buffet style, The room above the front door. Table & Chairs outside for smokers and drinkers. Made too much noise up until 12 pm. Would ask for a back room not above front door. |

Peace & quiet, nice relaxed hotel - very convenient location - 2 excellent restaurants 100mtrs away in Junction 1, Red Panda and Antrim Park- ample parking - nice breakfast - staff were lovely Mainly maintenance issues, window very dirty, lots of webs, spiders etc both inside and outside.Guy at reception was excellent. When I told him I have a thing about creepy crawlies, he apologised and ended up outside my window cleaning it! Very impressed with that service!! Shower hose in very bad condition, perfect if you want to wash the floors aswell as yourself! Water was gushing out everywhere. From the maid service pov, they need to be careful about what they bin when cleaning, I had 2 clear shower caps disposed of that were left hanging on the towel bar under sink so the'd know they were still being used, not a big deal but inconvenient when you realise just as you're about to step into the shower. My room was 009 by the way. |

Leaving although in fairness the assistant manager accomodated our stay here after 2 weeks by refunding the total cost. The room was freezing as there was a central heating fault which we were not made aware of until we left hotel. Due to lack of heating we were provided with the option of changing to another room, upon entering the room we discovered a foul smell of urine for which the smell increased in the bathroom. Continental breakfast consisted only of a crosant and toast, frys looked disgusting, during our 2 days stay breakfast consisted on cerial, toast and beans, asking about mushrooms I was informed the mushroom man didnt arrive....says it all really!! |

Staff was very nice and offered assistance with any question. I was looking for a hotel close to the airport and this was perfect for that. One of our rooms had a smoke smell. |

Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. No smoking in the hotel. Good food in the diner. Great breakfast buffet. Nice town. Great location. Not a bad drive to the coast, Giant's Causeway, Belfast, Ballymena and more. Right next to a shopping center. Easy to find and access. Elevator was nice to have for luggage handling. The layout of the bathroom was odd causing my wife's hand and my hand to be pinched by the door several times. (The entire bathroom and the toilet shared a common door that could be closed just for the toilet or the entire room.) There are no laundering facilities and outside laundry service was expensive. Smokers outside were loud and obnoxious. |
