The whole experience was just wonderful. The hotel was beyond expectation and we would very highly recommend it to all. The breakfast, that was advertised as being continental, was actually a full hot breakfast so that was a very welcome and pleasant surprise. The room was luxurious and large with an amazing bathroom cleverly designed to maximise its use. We intend to stay there again.

Loved the fact that the staff were happy to help... even to the extent of allowing us to order various takeaway food. This was a super idea as we were a party of 9 mixed age group - and we could all eat together in the dining room. We ended having a lovely evening in the bar.

Excellent value for money and wonderful; friendly staff. It snowed during the night and the Duty Manager (I think that was him) went out of his way to help all the guests by looking at road and travel reports for us, providing equipmrent to clear snow off cars etc. He really wrent the extra mile to ensure that we were not too inconvenienced by the weather conditions. This was something I have not experiencerd before in a hotel from a chain this size. It was a surprisingly good experience. All the sdtaff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculate and the breakfast, although buffet style was sufficient for our needs considerring the price I paid for the room.

The location was good for my business trip. It was easily reachable from main roads. I thought the staff were very sympathetic to a lone female traveller.

It would have been improved had there been a proper restaurant. As it was it was not a problem, as I could order food in and the hotel provided cutlery etc. This is the only thing really that could have been better.

Used this hotel for five weeks during a business trip. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Would use this hotel for future visits.

great value for money. The hotel is well presented and all staff were very pleasant and helpful. My partner and I are relocating to the area and were house-hunting on our visit, so were trying to keep costs to a minimum. We stayed for three nights and were very happy with the price. will recommend to friends.

The only complaint, if any, was the selection of hot food for breakfast. Felt as though there could have been a couple more to chose from. However overall it was very good.

Location and price. Staff were friendly and helpful, including kitchen staff. Cleaning staff were happy (and one was singing regularly!) Breakfast was included in the price.

A few minor issues in the room: shower head fixing cracked and therefore was not adjustable; had to use shower as a hand-held. Dodgy connection on kettle; stopped several times during boiling and you had to hold it down onto the base whilst boiling. No blankets in room and only a thin duvet - we were cold (it was December and blowing a gale when we arrived). We were given no towels in our room one day and had to ask for them at Reception. Despite hanging towels on towel rail each day so that they were not replaced (as per the notice on the wall reminding guests to be eco-friendly), they were always replaced each day any way.

Good area, not too far from town centre - staff friendly and helpfull. I have stayed on numerous occassions and they are very friendly.

It was near the airport and the weather was appalling.

I think a double duvet is too small for a double bed - needs king size for perfect comfort.
